Wonderful front yard with tons of flowering jasmine. Under the house is storage for your kayaks and outdoor shower. First floor has bedrooms and bathroom, and top floor has the kitchen/living room.
Welcome to our home! Parking here in the driveway for one car. There is another driveway on the other side and you can park a third car on the grass parallel to the fence.
You can follow the sun on the second story porch! Seating east, south and west to spend the whole day porch living.

This gorgeous raised Tybee cottage is situated near the Back River, the public dock and just down the block from Alley 3 kayak launch.
This cottage boasts a ground level area with beautiful flowering foliage and an outdoor shower with a really cute changing area. There are rinsing areas for gear and places to hang/dry gear. The perfect cottage (location and amenities) for kayak enthusiasts!
Moving upstairs, there is a wonderful screened porch for awesome beach naps! How much better can it get at a beach house??!! What's better than a nap with a salty ocean breeze! Also, there's additional unscreened porch area with lots of comfy outdoor seating.
Come inside and you are on the main floor. There are 3 bedrooms on this level; master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with double bed. Also a 2nd bathroom located in the hall on this level. On the top floor, you will find the beautiful living/dining/kitchen area of the cottage. House is configured this way to take advantage of the awesome views from the top floor!
Enjoy your complimentary sample of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee; a special perk for all Mermaid Cottages guests!
Comfortable casual furnishings, flatscreen TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen* and dining area with seating for 8.
*NO ICEMAKER.
There is a 4th bedroom on the top floor with queen bed. Also a full bath on this floor. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs.
Complimentary off-street parking for 3 cars.

thank you for staying with us! The home does have parking for 3 - 4 cars depending on how big they are and if they are trucks or large SUV's. The City of Tybee restricts how much cars are allowed to park at Vacation rentals based on the number of bedrooms so we certainly comply with the city ordinances.

We had a fantastic time at this house! It is beautiful and clean. Plenty of space for our group of 7. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating when I made a special request to adjust the check-in time. Would absolutely stay here again when in Tybee Island!

Vitamin Sea for the WIN

The house is gorgeous and spacious. Great location, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Only suggestions would be to update the beds, provide more towels (washcloths and hand towels) in bathrooms and perhaps a bigger water heater. If more than one shower being used at once, water is lukewarm. We loved the outside decks with seating and the open concept on third floor.
