Lake house

My family stayed at Jan's house for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! Beautiful property and everything you need to have a great stay. We hope to come back in the summer!

Beautiful lake house, easy access to lake, comfortable accommodations for large groups, everything well stocked and beautiful large deck facing the lake. Very relaxing!

Beautiful Stay

Property was gorgeous. Home was perfect for our family of 12 with plenty of places to sit and eat and plenty of sleeping space. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of amenities. Property owner was just amazing. Great swim beach and easy access to boat dock. Would definitely stay again if were back in the area.

Nice beach area to walk to. It has a great sand bar and we could stay and enjoy the water for several hours. We had a boat. So we could tie up right there. However, there are MANY little stairs to get there. Coming back up was a bit harder for some of us older people. But not so bad we didn’t go again the next day. There are NO condiments in the fridge. NO sugar or coffee for even one day. But the bedrooms are nice. Soft mattresses.

Great waterfront home

Loved our stay at Jamma's Lakehouse. We had two adults, 4 teenagers and an 8 year old stay for a week. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean. We loved sitting on the front deck in the morning and evening to enjoy the view of the lake. My son enjoyed the swing in the backyard and the beach close by. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again!

Perfect Lake Getaway

First off, Jan is a fantastic host! Information provided is very detailed and very helpful in the planning of the weekend. Boat dock is directly in front of the house and a sandy beach off to the right. Very easy access to both. Everything was very clean and in its place. Perfect house for my family of six. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Get away!

Plenty of room for EVERYONE to be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need. Bring a golf cart for easy access to the beach. Owner is very good with communication and any need that might arise. Bring your mosquito spray for the back porch. Great view but way too many insects biting. This was our 4th time here. Fav for elderly parents. Ease of getting in and out of the house. No stairs.

Great family lake house!!

What a great place for a family getaway. The home is fully furnished with everything you will need. We cooked all our meals for the week. Not sure we missed anything we needed at all in the kitchen. The backyard is very large with a portion fenced off which was very nice for our dogs. The boat dock is a few stairsteps away to manage, but the dock/pier was great. We launched our boat from a nearby spot and then tied it up to the dock for easy boating and fish trips. All beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, a nice large living area that sat a lot of people and a wonderful large covered porch. We highly recommend Jamma's Lake House. Cheers!

This house was everything and more! It was well stocked and had extra everything. The location was gorgeous and well kept. When they say there are lots of stairs to the boat dock, they aren’t lying lol. Def a built in thigh master. The jetted tub is out of order but that was the only thing to complain about. Thank you for having us! We would def book this place again.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway!

Wonderful family home, beautifully decorated and everything you might want for a family weekend on Texoma! Great spot for a family vacation!

House was very clean, with lots of room. Open living room and kitchen area made it easy to have our large family all together. Out back porch was perfect for sitting outside while the kids played in the yard. Walking distance to the water and beach area. A great place for a get away from the city life. Boat ramps were fairly close for us to use our boat. We will definitely be back.
