Villa Sea Star - seafront beach with heated 80m2 pool, BBQ and car garage.
Our family villa '' Sea Star '' is brand new residence completed in July 2020. The special feature of our villa is the location in a quiet neighborhood and a private exit to a small and untouched beach. The villa is designed to provide our guests a peaceful and relaxing holiday with panoramic view of the sea and islands. If you decide to explore the area, the UNESCO-protected cities of Split and Trogir are only a 15-minute drive away and Split Airport 9km away.
Villa ' Sea Star '' is tastefully furnished with modern and luxury design and has four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms , living room , dining area , and fully equipped kitchen. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with TV, and wireless Internet access.
Ground floor of the villa is an open living space with kitchen, dining area and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Ground floor is connected to the heated 80m2 pool and beautiful garden, where you enjoy complete privacy and BBQ.
On the second floor of the villa there is a gallery where you can do your daily chores or even relax with a glass of whiskey or a book . With one bedroom on the ground floor, here we have 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and balcony which are overlooking the Adriatic sea . Each room is equipped with own bathroom, wardrobe, towels and sheets.
Guests have also full access to the 1100m2 property with a private entrance and a parking garage . There is also extra parking area for 2 cars. With heated pool and outside BBQ our quests can also use paddle board - SUP.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE FREE OF CHARGE: We make the transfer from the airport to the villa at no cost for you. Before arrival, let us know that you need this service and leave us the details of your flight and the exact number of people.
If you have any questions during your stay, my husband and I will be available to help you, whether it is organizing a taxi transfer service, organizing day trips by boat, hiring a private chef or visiting the Krka Waterfall. For any questions don't hesitate to ask us.
