This beautiful, modern 1 bedroom bungalow has a huge terrace with brick built BBQ and sea views.
This is a newly built modern and stylish one bedroom property with air conditioning throughout.
The fully fitted kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher and door out to the very large terrace with brick built BBQ.
The living/ dining area has a comfortable sofa and dining table with chairs. Patio doors open out onto the very large terrace with plenty of seating, sun loungers and fabulous views.
The spacious bathroom has a walk in shower and separate bath.

The apartment is bigger and better than we expected. It was spotless and a great location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We were very impressed. The only things you could be better, leave more towels and t-towels and instructions how to use the TV.

Excellent Property

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this lovely bungalow. Well equipped and well positioned for the town, beach and marina. Comfortable furnishings, nicely decorated with the added benefit of air conditioning when it was very hot for part of the week. We would have no hesitation booking again.

Quiet and comfortable

Pleasant stay, easy to find an close to beach, mini market and good parking. Minimum in towels, kitchen towel available at arrival, and pleasant not announced visit of service. So problem solved !

Amazing sunny terrace

This property had everything we wanted. It was clean, modern and well equipped. The sunny terrace was just amazing. Its huge and in sun from about 10am onwards. We were so grateful that the owner was super flexible about check in/out times. Our only criticism and its a small one is that there was no instructions for any of the appliances and the tv in particular took us a while to figure out. Other than that we would thoroughly recommend and had a great stay here.

Excellent séjour

Dans la location, il serait appréciable de changer et ajouter des ustensiles de cuisine (poêles et couteaux qui ne coupent plus, essoreuse à salade....). Etant français, nous aimons cuisiner. Le logement est parfait, l'emplacement au top ! Nous recommandons cette location.

Schönes Apartment 10 Minuten vom Strand und 15 Minuten von Old Town

Gepflegtes Apartment das den Erwartungen entspricht. Wir waren 16 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Grundsetzlich war alles nötige da. Nur ein paar Utensilien wie Geschirrspülmittel, Handseife, Grillzange und Spülmaschinen Tabs wären gut gewesen, da diese zu kaufen immer weit länger halten, als ein Aufhalt lang ist. Die Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Apartment in der Einbahnstraße sind ausreichend. Hin und wieder lärmen ein paar Jungengruppen nach einer durchzechten Partynacht oder Möven veranstalten ein nächtliches Stelldichein. Aber das kam nur selten vor und dank der guten Klimaanlage lässt es sich auch nachts bei geschlossenem Fenster gut und ruhig schlafen. Die großzügige Terrasse (Balkon) bietet jede Menge Platz und einen Blick über den Hafen. Gerne wieder.

Un gran apartamento con alguna carencia

El apartamento está super bien, amplísimas todas la estancias. Los aires enfrían bien, cama cómoda. Muy buena limpieza al llegar. Se aparca en la calle, en la misma acera. Te vienen a cambiar las sábanas y toallas a media estancia (no lo sabíamos y mucho menos lo esperábamos en una estancia de 8 días). Y muy bien ubicado!! A mejorar: solo te dejan un triste rollo de papel de baño, nada y cuando digo nada és nada para limpiar platos, vitro, ni para lavavajillas, ni detergente de lavadora, ni para fregar el suelo, una ÚNICA bolsa de basura!!! Hay que pensar un poco en los que viajamos en avión y venimos solo con la ropa. En la cocina, sartenes para jubilar, no hay tijeras, ni un cuchillo que corte bien, la tostadora de juguete... Si se mejoran esos aspectos, el alojamiento és de 10

Tolle Wohnung

Sehr sauber, großzügig, sehr große, großenteils uneinsehbare Terrasse mit gemauertem Grill, Tisch, Stühlen,Liegen,Dusche. Defekte Gartenstühle wurden problemlos erneuert. Liegt etwas auf einer Anhöhe, ca. 10Minuten zum Zentrum (fußläufig). Für Mobilitätseingeschränkte nicht geeignet.
