A perfect villa for a wonderful relaxing holiday in Torreblanca - Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol The one level villa features a spacious living room and a kitchen with separate dining room. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and air conditioning for cooling and heating in all rooms. The villa has a fully fenced private garden with private pool, several terraces with fantastic sea views and enclosed parking in its own grounds. The villa is on one level with two steps level difference between the living area and bedrooms. You enter the hall with the living area on the left and the sleeping area on the right. From the spacious living room you enter the adjacent dining room, followed by the fully equipped kitchen with pantry. In the sleeping area are 4 bedrooms, two of them with a bathroom en-suite, plus two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the terraces and in the garden around the villa you can relax and unwind on one of the sunbeds or enjoy a delicious meal at the spacious dining table with 8 chairs on the covered terrace. You can always find a spot in the sun or shade. The villa is accessed via a private (lockable) driveway that provides parking for 2 cars. From the driveway you reach the slightly higher villa via stairs (difficult access for people who have difficulty climbing stairs) The villa is ideal for 8 people and is the perfect location to enjoy a quiet relaxing vacation close to the beach with a large family, friends or a group of golfers.
Torreblanca Fuengirola The villa is in a quiet location in the higher part of the Torreblanca urbanization in Fuengirola. Because of its higher location you can enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, the coastal town of Fuengirola and the harbor. The beach, Torreblanca train station, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within a 5-minute drive. The villa is just a 20-minute drive from Malaga airport and a 25-minute drive to Marbella. For golf lovers, there are several excellent golf courses within a short drive.
Taxi If you want to go out and have a drink, you can take a taxi to the Plaza de la Constitucion in the center of Fuengirola for a price between €10,- € 15,- depending on the time of day. The phone number of the taxi company is available in the villa. They are usually within minutes at the house. It is recommended to wait for the taxi on the square in front of the house.
Inside available
spacious living room with two three-seater sofas and two armchairs dining room with dining table and 8 chairs and doors to the south-facing terrace individual air conditioning for cooling and heating in all rooms flat screen TV with english and other international channels free WiFi internet. Kitchen Adjacent to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and bread toaster.
Storage room Storage room with tumble dryer, freezer and storage space.
Bedrooms There are four bedrooms with ample closets and air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double bed of 180 x 200. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, 2 single beds of 90 X 200. The third bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 x 200. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds placed together of 90 x 200. A high chair and cot are available on request.
Bathrooms There are a total of three bathrooms. All bathrooms were completely renovated in 2022. The first en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. The second en-suite bathroom also has a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathroom cabinet with 2 sinks, a toilet and a föhn.
Terrace There are two terraces on the living room level. Part of the terrace at the front of the living room is covered. The terraces are oriented south and southwest, so there is always a place in the sun or shade. The dining area on the terrace has a spacious dining table with 8 chairs. There are 6 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas and the west-facing terrace has a table with 6 chairs. One level below you will find the swimming pool with a terrace and garden where you can sunbathe. There is an charcoal BBQ for use on the terrace.
Pool There is a privé pool with Roman steps and a sunbathing area. The pool dimensions are 9 x 3.85 meters. Depth 120 cm to 190 cm. Update 2024: due to drought measures the communal and private pools on the Costa del Sol cannot be refilled until further notice from government. In summer 2024 for example the restrictions were lifted from June till end September. And before that and now after the pool has always been full and usable. The pool is not heated.
Garden Private garden with a swimming pool and several terraces, where you can enjoy the sun or shade and fantastic views.
Parking Accommodated parking space for two cars onsite.
Car A car is highly recommended at this villa. Also to fully enjoy the area. However there is a small bus stop with a local bus that normally goes to beach and town a few times every hour till the evening. Alternatively taxi / uber are easy options.
Security The villa is fully fenced and has an alarm system.

Lovely Villa
Clean, well-equipped villa with lots of space for large family group. A couple of small problems, which were quickly resolved by the management company. Very easy check in and out, with good directions supplied. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful
We were a family of 8 aged between 5yrs & 58yrs, Each room was a great size, very clean the kitchen had every utensil you could think of with plenty of mugs/cups plates & cutlery
The pool area was very nice & certainly encouraged our younger ones to improve on there swimming!!!!
A car is very much useful as the Villa is in a hilly area, but I would definitely recommend to everyone

Such a lovely property with amazing views, ...
Such a lovely property with amazing views, we would sit outside on the patio for hours just drinking in the view. We saw the strawberry moon on our last night which was a bonus. Bedrooms were great with very modern bathrooms. Kitchen was very well equipped with good quality appliances. Pool was lovely and clean and the tree in the garden is great for shade. The bus stop outside was ideal as we felt it was too far to walk into town but they were pretty regular. Getting taxis were an easy option too, we used Uber mainly but it was quite easy to flag one down once in the town. There was a good selection of restaurants and bars in Torreblanca. The beach front restaurant Riviera was a really nice fish restaurant. We got a taxi one day into Mijas Pueblo which cost around €20. All in all I would very much recommend this property.

The villa was excellent, had great air con, lovely pool, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. The BBQ was not great, should have been bigger for the size of the property/potential party size. Gas would have been better.
Only downside was the construction work, started at 7 every morning, 3 days they had the water off for at least 1-2 hours. Noisy roadwork and caused delays getting anywhere due to poor road conditions caused by the construction work. Not the fault of the property but better communication about this would have helped prepare us.
Wi-fi was great except for the two furthest bedrooms where it was not available.

Thanks Seve, glad to hear you enjoyed your stay so much! Even though we have a remark about road works in Torreblanca this year, on our site, town hall does not advise in advance when they start in which street. If we had known we would haven of course given more precise information. At the same time the road works are necessary and will improve the facilities and urbanisation for future references. Glad to hear you had a lovely holiday though.

Maison conforme a la description. Très bien équipée en tout. Super bien située.
Bon emplacement par rapport a la ville et aux grands axes routiers. En hauteur loin du bruit. Piscine nettoyée 2 fois par semaine avec entretien du jardin. Super vacances nous recommandons.

Home from home
The villa was a good size with plenty of space for us all. We were a family of 2 adults and 5 kids ranging from 13 - 21 years.
Plenty of areas to come together as a family or to have our own space if needed with 3 terraces, a pool area, a large front room and good size kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen was very well equipped, large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bathrooms have since been updated from the pictures on the website and are all a very good standard.
Beds are very comfortable, arguably the most comfortable we have ever slept in on holiday.
Air con in every room works fantastic.
Our only complaint, if you can call it that is the location was a bit far away from main bars and restaurants. We didnt hire a car so had to walk down the hill (15-20mins walk) to get to supermarket or beach and a cab or train ride away to get to any main bar strip or busy area.
The hill a little too much to walk back up so always a cab back.
If we had hired a car it would have made life a little easier but making use of the local railway did make up for that.
The best supermarket is opposite los boliches train station. We didnt discover this until late into our stay sadly.
Altogether lovely stay, fantastic comunication from the management company, Sandra always replied quickly to any emails.
We would definitely recommend Villa Elena.
