Escuche el sonido de las olas en nuestra villa contemporánea de tres habitaciones con aire acondicionado (la habitación doble tiene una cama doble de tamaño completo y una cama individual, las otras dos habitaciones tienen dos camas individuales en cada una. Duerme siete personas. Dos baños, impresionante salón circular. Comedor y cocina totalmente equipada. Área de bar en la planta baja / sala de descanso / biblioteca, sala de música. Gran jardín privado y completamente cerrado que lo convierte en un refugio seguro para los niños, gran piscina climatizada (calefacción con costo adicional). con tumbonas. Impresionante solarium en la azotea con 360 grados de playa y alrededores, amueblado con mesas, sillas y tumbonas. Perfecto para la puesta de sol de la tarde mientras contempla la gloriosa puesta de sol. Amplia terraza que sale del salón / comedor, equipada con barbacoa de gas, mesa y sillas en el patio.

Carol our host could not have been more helpful and supportive before and during our stay. The house was beautifully clean, very well equipped with under cover parking which is a bonus if it's hot. Advice on local facilities, amenities and restaurants was super helpful.Would highly recommend and likely to return.

This is an exceptional villa in a great location and the owners have created a home from home and equipped it wonderfully for a great holiday. All the information provided during booking and after is brilliant very detailed and helpful We have no hesitation in recommending it and are very likely to book it next year.

Fabulous

Very clean, well equipped villa. Great location for beach and walking distance to good quality restaurants Barbecue and comfy seating areas for the nights you just want to relax around the pool Super pool ideal for our grandchildren and adults a like. Many happy memories made around the pool and villa.

Lovely Traditional Spanish Villa

Booking and check in all worked smoothly and communications with host were all responded to promptly. The villa itself is lovely, very traditional and clean. The layout with both bedrooms and living space spread across 2 levels worked well for us (2 families) The area is great - there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. We particularly liked Simbad and Alberts at Cabopino. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful Villa

We really couldn’t fault our stay at The Beach House. The villa was better than the photos could show and the outside space was amazing. It was so hot when we were there that we did very little but it really didn’t matter. The pool and covered garden area were great, day and night. We really appreciated the little things that made the villa feel like home and Carol was a wonderful host. Would we visit again? Definitely.

Fantastic Villa for families

Carol was always quick to reply to enquiries and was really helpful. The villa is in a super location near Marbella (10 minute drive), close to the beach with just a 2 minute walk or the Cabopino beach is about 20 minutes away and is great for children, walking distance to good restaurants, quiet and easy to travel around by car. The villa itself is amazing and has everything you need whilst on holiday and the dining area outside was great, although we fell to the temptation to just walk to Restaurant 200, Sinbad and Portofino most evenings! The heated pool was also a winner with everyone. We had an amazing time, and we would love to stay again.

Mooi verzorgd vakantiehuis

Verzorgd en net huis. De communicatie met de eigenaar Carol verliep heel vlot en reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen. De buitenruimte en het zwembad zijn heel verzorgd. Er zijn verschillende restaurants in de buurt die zeker het bezoeken waard zijn. Ook Marbella en andere steden zijn vlot bereikbaar. Het enige minpunt was de airco die je om de 2u terug moet aanzetten waardoor je s 'nachts regelmatig wakker werd van de warmte en geen volledige nacht kon doorslapen. Maar verder hebben we genoten van ons verblijf in villa the beach house

The perfect villa for a fantastic family holiday

Carol is the perfect host. She was responsive to our questions and so helpful in making sure we had the best time. The Beach House is a stunning villa, very comfortable and beautifully furnished with all mod cons. It was difficult to drag the family away from the wonderful pool and the gorgeous pergola. We loved sitting in the evening on the solarium and the outside dining area. The sandy beach is a two minute walk from the villa and there are lovely areas where it’s safe for children to paddle and swim. There are great restaurants nearby and a lovely marina a short walk along a boardwalk to Cabopino with another great beach and more great places to eat. We have had the best time ever. Thank you so much Carol and Peter, our stay was simply amazing!

Fantastischer Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Carol ist die beste Vermieterin! Die Kommunikation war außergewöhnlich gut, jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Das Haus bietet alles - großer Pool, genügend Wäsche, Handtücher etc.! Der Garten ist riesig und schön gepflegt! Fussläufig sind der Strand, die Geschäfte und die Restaurants zu erreichen Danke für ALLES!

The beach house - Marbesa

My wife, daughter and I rented this spectacular villa in Marbesa for a winter break. Villa is absolutely fantastic, very safe, quiet neighbourhood. Literally 2 min walk to beach, restaurants, supermarket. Perfectly placed between Puerto Banus and Marbella City. The villa itself is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning works perfectly and the heated pool and garden with sun terrace is amazing! I will definitely be in touch with the owners next year for another stay. 5 stars all round. Thanks for providing us with a fantastic villa for our fantastic winter break in Spain.

Lovely villa, great location

We love Spain, love harbours and enjoy visiting the many local restaurants and beach bars. Relaxing in the garden with a glass of wine listening to the birds and the waves of the sea is perfect for us!

The proximity to the beach, restaurants and local supermarket is what first appealed to us. You can holiday at our beach house without needing a car. Simple 40 minute drive from Malaga airport, a taxi will cost about 60 euros each way.
Stunning roof top solarium with views towards the sea. The Beach House is situated in a beautiful palm tree lined avenue away from the hustle and bustle of Marbella, but easy drive to Marbella for lively nightlife! Walking distance of Cabopino and Elviria
