A very pleasant break!

We arrived after a big drive from Portugal. The lady at Duquesa Estates who dealt with us was very pleasant and welcoming. Arrival at the apartment only took 5ish minutes from the office. With an appointed parking space underground it was a good start! We were very pleased. Beautiful accommodation, very clean, well equipped and stylish. Lovely pool right outside. Would I recommend this apartment for a longer stay (sadly we only had 3 nights) I most definitely would! Outside of the building, the shops, bars, restaurants are literally a 5 min walk. No complaints from us! Nothing to improve!

Loved this apartment!

Apartment is modern looking, bright, great terrace that leads straight on to the swimming pool. Pool was clean and area kept very tidy, Kitchen is well equipped for any cooking needs. Air con works very well! WiFi is great. Mikonos Playa is a great little complex. Any owners we met were really welcoming and great for any restaurant recommendations. The location is absolutely 5 star, right near the supermarket and everything else the port has to offer. We had a lovely 2 week stay. No issues to report to Duquesa Estates but were given all information should we needed to have contacted them. Booking process was easy and straightforward. I think we’ll be back at some point on the future! Everything was great but if I was being really picky maybe it would have been good if there was some water in the fridge on arrival and were given more than 1 dishwasher tablet. This didn’t have any impact on our stay whatsoever though!

Modern Fresh Apartment

Ideally located, short walking distance from all amenities. Beautiful well maintained complex with lovely pool and terrace. The apartment was exceptional, fresh, modern and everything had been considered to ensure guests had what they required during rental. My husband and I have re-booked for 2026. Absolutely nothing, the apartment was exceptional.

Everything about our stay at this apartment and many others have never failed to disappoint us. This particular apartment has had a refurb and is absolutely beautiful. A quiet location but is actually 1 minute from the port. Cannot recommend enough. Nothing!!!!

We have been coming to Duquesa for 20 years and to Mikonos Playa for around 5 years. Mikonos is definitely our favourite complex as it is so clean, friendly and so central to everything. This is the first stay in No.14 as I was in Duquesa on my own this year, it is a beautiful apartment very clean and the terrace is right next to the pool. I felt very safe coming and going in the complex especially at night when coming back in after being out in the port for meals etc. The apartment had everything you needed to make your stay very comfortable just like a home from home. I would book this lovely apartment again Everything was great only issue I had on one day was some unwelcome little visitors some tiny little ants inside one of the cupboards. I used some ant spray and they were gone and didn’t come back thank goodness

Been to Mikonos Playa many times just love it as it is lovely and quiet. It is kept so clean everything is so nice. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need to have a lovely relaxed holiday. The complex has everything on its door step the beach, bars, restaurants shops are just a hop, skip and jump from your door We have been coming to Duquesa for 20 years and this is our favourite complex Nothing

es el tercer año que nos alojamos en este apartamento. De el nos gusta todo, du decoración, su ubicación dentro del edificio y la situación en relación con el resto de servicios. El puerto deportivo a dos minutos, Sabinillas a un pasito, comercios, restaurantes, bares y cafeterías. Hemos pasado unos dias de descanso geniales volvería a repetir mañana mismo. Como siempre: de diez. Pues por decir algo, unas colchonetas para las sillas de la terraza no estaría mal y un cambio al telefonillo de la ducha tmb seria conveniente.

Repetimos tranquilidad

Ya es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este apartamento. Lo tiene todo, ideal para una pareja, cerca del Puerto pero no dentro a muy pocos minutos de la playa, chiringuitos, San Luis de Sabinillas, Manilva, Casares y Estepona. Y a pie de piscina también por estar ubicado en la planta baja. Sin ruidos ni alborotos en la comunidad. Seguro que habra una tercera ocasión de disfrutarlo. Y el servicio de Duquesa States impresionante. Muchas gracias por vuestra atención. No encuentro ningún aspecto a mejorar . Todo impecable.

Todo ha superado nuestras expectativas. Queríamos descansar unos dias y lo hemos conseguido. El apartamento genial, la urbanización muy tranquila y el area de piscina muy bien. Estamos deseando volver y por parte de Duquesa Estate todo ha sido muy fácil y rápido, tanto el check in como el check on. Felicidades por el trabajo bien hecho Todo ha estado genial, sin embargo me disgusto mucho ver usuarios en la piscina bañarse con ropa de calle ( camisetas, blusas-vestidos, etc) y jugando a la pelota
