It has one bedroom with twin beds, luxury bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, a cosy living area, LED TV with Freeview, Free WiFi and a hairdryer. The modern bathroom has a bath with a rain shower. Tea coffee and sugar provided.

Chichester Festival Theatre, Cowdray Park, the Goodwood Estate, golf courses, wedding venues and the Blue Flag beaches of West Wittering on the South Coast are all just a short drive away. There also are good rail connections from the cathedral city of Chichester.
