Woodcote at Woodstock Suites

This self-catering suite is arranged over two floors. It has one bedroom with a super king bed, luxury bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, a cosy living area, LED TV with Freeview, Free WiFi and a hairdryer. The modern en-suite bathroom has a bath and separate walk-in shower. Tea coffee and sugar provided.
Located in the South Downs, the hamlet of Charlton is one of the prettiest places in West Sussex, and Woodstock House has been part of its history and charm since 1740. We have lovingly restored this Georgian House and our collection of luxury self-catering suites to ensure our guests enjoy a great night’s sleep and a comfortable stay.

Our six suites cater for groups of up to 14 people to individual travellers.

Beautifully furnished, the suites have fully equipped kitchenettes for you to self-cater, cosy living areas, LED TVs with Freeview, free WiFi, modern bathrooms, luxury bed linen, and extremely comfortable beds.

Surrounded by woodland, meadows, and pastures Woodstock Suites is a haven for picnics, running, walking and cycling. It is within walking distance of Levin Down, a chalk grassland reserve and home to butterflies, orchids, and other beautiful wildlife.

Chichester Festival Theatre, Cowdray Park, the Goodwood Estate, golf courses, wedding venues and the Blue Flag beaches of West Wittering on the South Coast are all just a short drive away. There also are good rail connections from the cathedral city of Chichester.

Fabulous suite, spotlessly clean, lovely quiet location.

Comfortable bed, lovely shower, and everything you need for an overnight stay or longer. The location is pretty and quiet. Short walk to a lovely pub.We will definitely stay here again when visiting Goodwood.

Great accommodation with all the facilities

The accommodation surpassed my expectations. It featured a lounge, a separate kitchen, a large bedroom, and a bathroom, all of which were equipped for a self-catering holiday. The place was clean, tidy, and perfectly suited to our needs. The shower was excellent, providing ample water pressure. It is quiet and relaxing, and there is a pub nearby that serves good food.

We found lots of different activities to do over 4 days - most of them within 5 miles of the Woodstock suites. Would recommend the Fox Goes Free pub for evening meals - it’s a 2 minute walk away. We enjoyed sipping tea on the benches in the communal garden when the weather was hot.

Easy booking system. Friendly and helpful arrival instructions for an easy check in. Gorgeous Suites that offer a great sized lounge, bathroom and bedroom + easy parking. All located in a beautiful setting in walking distance to the Fox Goes Free Pub.

Superb accomodation, very clean and very comfortable

Despite arriving late we were made to feel very welcome, the accomodation was exactly as described. We stayed on a very warm night but managed to keep the room cooll enough to sleep well on the veryu comfy bed. The Fox goes Free pub is in easy walking distance just around the corner and serves an excellent dinner (with an equally warm welcome)

The rooms are clean and well equipped. My only (slight) complaint is that the suite was difficult to find in the dark using the description in your email! Clearly, this wouldn’t be a problem if I were to stay again, which I would be be very happy to do.

We stayed at Woodstock Suites for two nights, the suite was clean and had all the facilities required for our break. All communication with the owner was done by email so we never did get to meet him.

Lovely room and good value

We stayed overnight after visiting friends for NYE. It was easy to find from the instructions and we were pleasantly surprised to find some Prosecco waiting for us and breakfast provided which we hadn't been expecting (maybe we didn't read the small print?!). Everything was clean and it was warm and well presented. The only drawback was that the water in the shower never reached a temperature beyond tepid, which was a little chilly, though it certainly blew off the cobwebs from the night before!

Comfortable accommodation in a lovely setting

We stayed in Woodcote, which is a duplex style apartment. Lovely big superking bed and a bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs is a small kitchenette and TV and sofa. Situated in a small village, there is an excellent pub The Fox goes free, just 5 minutes walk away. Another excellent pub in Singleton The Partridge can be walked to in 20 mins along a footpath in a field. Visited West Dean garden. Walked from the village up to Goodwood racecourse and park.

Perfect for any event at Goodwood with a decent pub 30 seconds away.

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend the Goodwood Members Meeting. From the suites to car parking at Goodwood race circuit was 10 minutes and for us meant zero traffic issues. No issues of any significance and we will happily stay there again but there is minor noise transfer, in our case from above and it would be nice to have more coffee and tea options. Loaf of bread and butter for toast too 👍 Recommend however and highly recommended for anyone doing anything at Goodwood!
