The villa was exactly as we expected from the photos and was just perfect for us and the family (ranging from grandparents to a 1 year old baby & 3 year old toddler and up to 6 adults) . It was very well equipped and anything we found we needed that was not initially provided was given to us by Gabi or Laura almost immediately. The villa itself is very spacious, big rooms, fully air-conditioned and with lots of storage space. We used the terrace eating area for most of our family meals and get togethers as well as a large dining area by the BBQ. Particularly loved the upper terrace in the evening watching the sunset over the Cap Negret hills fading into starry skies. Star of the show is the pool and its area, lovely size and water temperature in July and the most amazing sun beds ever. It felt very secure, it's a gated property and secluded but close enough to walk to San Antonio for shopping/bars/restaurants etc.Special mention to Gabi and Laura, their communication and positivity right from the very start of the process was absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble and it was clear they were really focused on ensuring we had the best experience during our stay - we could not have asked for more.

A gorgeous property

We had a warm welcome and really enjoyed staying in this beautiful, tranquil property, with so many places to sit and eat, a well-equipped kitchen and a stunning garden with picturesque planting and flowers. Easy to get taxis to go out and close to various beaches. Enjoyed using the barbecue and easy to access San Antonio Bay by car. I nice base to explore Ibiza from. Laura and Gabriel were very flexible and accommodating with check-in and out times too.

Amazing villa

We have stayed at this villa a few times now and the first stay was as good as the last. The owners are so accommodating and lovely. They respond very promptly to any enquiry. This is such a beautiful villa with lovely outdoor space so perfect for relaxing. Not overlooked and lovely sea view from the sun terrace for sunset. Great pool and bbq area too. Supermarkets nearby to get everything you need. You need a car or easy enough to get around by taxi. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Discovering Ibiza just before the high season

The house is perfectly suited for a group of 6 people, two extra beds was still available. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is there to enjoy a stress-free stay. The common areas are spacious, and the three bathrooms make getting ready and mornings super smooth. The best part? The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, with quick and easy communication throughout. The biggest highlight of this house is definitely the location and the outdoor space the pool, barbecue, sun loungers, and the stunning sea view… absolutely amazing!

We had an amazing week at the villa in July. The location was ideal—just a 15-minute walk into town, with supermarkets only a stone’s throw away. The area felt very secure, which added to the peace of mind during our stay. The villa itself was perfect. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen stocked with spices, which was a great touch. The welcome beers didn’t go unnoticed and were much appreciated after our journey. The pool was spotless and warm, and the pool towels were a thoughtful extra that made things even easier for us.We made the most of the trip—beach clubs, nights out, and a few BBQs back at the villa. The beds were really comfortable, and the quiet nights meant we always woke up well rested. Thanks again to Laura and Gabi for a fantastic stay—we’d absolutely come back.

Amazing Villa

The villa is just as described and in fact looks even better in real life! We were met after a late ish flight and shown everything, and the lovely gentleman even came back an our later to sort the WiFi when we couldn’t get it working. The cold beers in the fridge were a nice surprise as well 👌 The villa is really well appointed, spotlessly clean, everything looks almost brand new. The location for us was perfect, far enough away from San An to be peaceful but a 20 walk into the main town, the taxis back are no more than €7-8. Also finally, the terrace on the first floor with sea and sunset views complete with lounge sofas were great for a sunset drink, who needs the cafe del mar? Will definitely be back 😊

Best stay ever!

We had the most amazing stay here! We were having some payment issues and the host was so patient and friendly to help us. Upon arrival they showed us everything we needed and even left some complementary drinks. They were also very flexible with the check-in/out time for us, which was very welcoming after only a couple of hours of sleep to catch our flight. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Both sheets, bath towels as pool towels were provided. The villa is situated in a nice and quiet surrounding, but still at walking distance of the stores, beaches... We loved the lemon tree in the garden providing us with fresh lemons for our drinks. We would 100% recommend this villa! And will be sure to come back!

OMG what an amazing find this was. The photos didn't do it justice. The outside area was very spacious and the artificial grass incredibly soft. Pool was very clean and a decent size, it even had a shallow water sunlounger. In side there is a large living diner with a smart T.V so you can watch netflix. Kitchen was a great size with everything you need to cook. Utility unit just next to it with a washer and ironing facilities. A bedroom with shower was also located on the ground floor. Up stairs were 2 decent sized bedrooms with single beds in both. A bathroom ajacent the rooms with a bath sink and overhead shower. Both rooms had balcony access via the room. The master bedroom was huge. Loads of storage for clothes, and an on suite bathroom again equip with bath and over head shower. The balcony access from the master bedroom also had a very comfortable sofa perfect for watching the sunset over the bay which is visible in the near distance. There is a large supermarket just a 15 minute walk away. Laura and Gabi where both amazing hosts making sure they met us as soon as we arrived and on leaving and made sure we had everything we need. Thank you so much, will definitely be booking again.

Fantastic stay in an insanely beautiful villa.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this villa with our family. It provided us with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The villa was equipped with all the modern conveniences, boasting a spacious kitchen, a BBQ area, and even a tranquil air conditioning system in the bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable sleep during warm nights. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the delightful swimming pool area, complete with comfortable loungers and sunbeds. We spent countless hours basking in the sun, enjoying refreshing dips in the pool, and simply relishing the peaceful ambiance. The owners of the villa were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They were readily available to assist with any inquiries or recommendations, ensuring that we felt right at home. One of the great advantages of this villa's location was its proximity to a beautiful beach, which was just a short walk away. Additionally, the charming town of Sant Antoni was only a 20-minute stroll from the villa, offering a plethora of restaurants, shops, and attractions to explore. All in all, our experience at this villa was truly memorable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We cannot wait to return and create more cherished memories in this idyllic setting.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Ibiza. It was even better in real life than it looked in the photos, which is quite unusual! The villa is absolutely beautiful, spacious and really well looked after, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The outdoor space is fantastic and the whole property has such a lovely atmosphere. The pool is a great size and just the right temperature. The sunbeds are the comfiest I have ever laid on. A special mention has to go to Gabriel and Laura who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Gabriel even picked us up from the shops, which was such a kind and thoughtful touch and really showed how much he cared about making our stay as easy as possible. The location was also perfect for us, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything Ibiza has to offer. We honestly couldn’t fault the villa or the service and have already booked to stay here again. This villa is beautiful. It’s the second time I’ve stayed there 11 years apart. This time there was the addition of air con in the bedrooms, which was amazing. The villa has everything you need, we also added a few things that hopefully will be helpful to the next guests. The views are beautiful and the surroundings are so quiet and peaceful. The villa is super secure with a safe and an alarm. We had a hire car which in my opinion is needed as everything is a little too far to walk to. Main supermarket is a good 20-30 minute walk, there is a smaller shop around 15 mins walk. There is an issue with wasps in the area but we learned very quickly that they were harmless, they’re not aggressive and are just collecting water from the pool. The host did come and try and get rid of them but there is literally nothing that can be done and they are best ignored. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely return.

Amazing stay ❤️
