Situado en el sur de la isla, a unos 5 minutos en coche desde el pueblo de San José y las playas de Es Jondal, Xarco y Es Torrent y 8 km de la ciudad de Ibiza. La propiedad está amurallada con una puerta a distancia con piscina privada con terraza y zonas de sombra. Vistas hacia el mar en la distancia. TV satélite y lavadora. Campo de golf en Roca Lisa está a unos 15 km de distancia. Wifi de 10 megas y sistema de alarma.

Absolutely loved this villa! Robin our host was lovely and very helpful. The house is full of character and charm with a stunning pool. We hired a car which is perfect as you are in the peaceful countryside with amazing views. The layout suited us perfectly with a double with air con, a double upstairs on the mezzanine and a cute outhouse seperate in the garden. Sant Joseph had some shops and restaurants and various beaches are a short drive away. Loved it, hope to book again.

Schönes Haus mit wunderscgöner Außenanlage

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr ruhig. Traumhafter Außenbereich mit sehr schönem Pool. Das Hauptschlaf klimatisiert die anderen beiden Schlafbereiche ohne Klimaanlage, was im Hochsommer sicherlich sehr heiß werden wird.Robin, sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.Gerne wieder

Beautiful secluded property

Robin has the most amazing property. It is very well kept with all required appliances. The gardens and pool area are incredible. Robin was regularly on hand to answer questions and checked in regularly via whatsapp throughout our stay. As Robin stays on the land next to the property, he was able to drop in when required. He also charges his car on the premesis. We loved our stay and would happily stay again!

Perfect stay

Robin’s house is beautiful - built and furnished with a lot of love and individuality. We especially liked the outdoor area with the large pool. The house is in a quiet area but at the same time close to Ibiza-town, Sant Josep and many beautiful beaches. Robin is a helpful, pleasant host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Me and my partner really enjoyed and loved our holiday in robins house in Ibiza! Very welcoming, quiet and with great attention to detail. The pictures on the website don’t match the reality, it is even better. Robin was a great host, he was always available if we had some questions. For sure we want to come back!

Cosy Villa in lovely in perfect location to explore the island

We loved our stay at the villa. Robin the owner was really kind and fulfilled every wish no matter if it was an orange juicer or sunshades for the beach. Terrace and pool are amazing and we been spending a lot time at the house to enjoy the beautiful area. Only thing that is good to know is that there is only one Bedroom with AC and the rest is with fan which is quite hot during the summer in Ibiza. But we would come back to this lovely place anytime and can just recommend it.

Lovely house!

We stayed in this villa for 10 days, and we are so happy and pleased with everything. The villa was fantastic, with a beautiful pool area and privacy! Robin and his wife were so helpful and friendly, and we felt very welcome in their house. Will definelty come back, and will reccomend this house to all our friends :) Thank you Robin and Janne for everything!

Pushy and coercive man!

- Robin told us in a compelling tone that we should be very quiet because the house was located in a peaceful countryside ("do you understand: no parties or music!!!") But during our stay (7days) there were 2 noisy disco parties / neighbour's exercise music until morning. - There were many lizards and gekko's in the house, they could enter the house under the frames of the house. The last day we also detected a mouse in the kitchen. We saw a lot of mice and reptiles outside the house, near the pool and the terrace. - The ad said that the house has 3 bedrooms and airconditioning. But there was only one real bedroom (with airco). The other "bedrooms" were located in a small barn near the house (very hot, without airco and unwashed bedding) and there was a bed in a passage above, without doors / walls (also too hot, without airco). - Robin sent several messages, he wanted to enter the house 2 times; for wifi; to reboot the modem (he said one of us pulled out the main plug from its socket - this wasn't true! And he wanted to access his workroom in the house during our stay . He entered the garden directly (without knocking on the door), he violated our privacy. We rented a car from Robin, the two back doors didn't function properly. We couldnt close one of the doors and we couldn't open one of the doors from inside, it was very unsafe. - The swimming pool was lovely.

Fabulous!

We loved our stay at Can Simone, the villa is fab - unique, homely and very comfortable. Stocked with everything you need, all the basics in the kitchen, including water in the fridge and toiletries in the bathroom, meaning no need for the initial dash to the shops as soon as you arrive so your holiday can begin immediately. The pool area is wonderful, surrounded by nature and views of the hills. Robin and Janna are perfect hosts, so helpful and friendly and on hand if you need anything. The area is beautiful and very handy for San Jose, Ibiza Town and all of the nearby beaches. A car is a must, but you won't ever have to drive far. We can't wait to visit again!

You will love the pool and outside area, feel like a rock star!

The pictures don't do this villa justice, it looks great, particularly from outside. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out or meet together. The real highlight is the pool area, large, clean, plenty of furniture with areas of sunshine and shade to relax or eat, plus a separate outdoor barbecue area and table. The pool is lit at night and has an outdoor shower. The TV has films and programs in English via Moviestar. The internet worked well for all our many devices in the living room area and outside nearby, but not quite so good in the master bedroom where it was a bit weaker. My wife was worried about the stairs in the picture for the kids (no banister/rail) but fear not the picture is out of date, there is a banister. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery etc. There is a shaded parking spot. The master bedroom has air-con and the other bedrooms have fans. There is a security gate with fob to open, an alarm system for when you are out, and a safe for valuables. You do definitely need a car for this villa as its in a peaceful, countryside location, and its too long a walk to get on bus routes or for taxis to find it easily, but with a car the location is great (10 - 15 minutes to centre of Eivissa / Ibiza Town and the ferries to Formentera, 5 minutes to Sant Josep, and also 10 - 15 mins from Sant Antoni). Plenty of beaches close to the property, we liked Cala Tarida the most, but plenty of other famous ones nearby as well as Es Vedra and ses salines. For parking in Eivissa pop carrer de cabrera into your sat nav as its a quick route to the big car park near the port and old town Works very well for families, and also close enough for a night out in Ibiza town or Sant Antoni - looking at about a 25 to 30 Euro taxi ride.
