Avec un privilégié, situé dans le centre d'Ericeira, les Design Apartments longe la pittoresque village de Ericeira avec la mer pour horizon.
Situé sur une colline et conçu avec une architecture de lignes modernes, ce nouveau développement de 3 appartements de 165 m2 chacun, un par étage et l'absence de bùtiments adjacents (global), nous permet de profiter des espaces extérieurs et intérieurs spacieux. Deux appartements ont été conçus et soigneusement décorées pour un logement de vacances (voir aussi http annonce: // www HomeAway fr / bail-location / p1105988 si la capacité est supérieure à 8 ..).

À l'extĂ©rieur, dans le jardin, nous avons atteint une zone isolĂ©e oĂč nous avons trouvĂ© la piscine et barbecue, et cet espace d'accĂšs conditionnel, si nĂ©cessaire, dans le cas des jeunes enfants.

A l'intĂ©rieur, le 1er finitions de qualitĂ©, comme les planchers chauffants en marbre calcaire, le revĂȘtement de toilettes en italien bois laquĂ© de menuiserie en cĂ©ramique ou Ă  la main en blanc, personnaliser et de plaisir.

CHAMBRE 45 m2 face Ă  la mer avec de grandes surfaces vitrĂ©es permettra non seulement de l'entrĂ©e de la lumiĂšre, mais aussi un aperçu de la vaste horizon de la mer (Ă  une distance visuelle de 150 m), tout en contemplant le village caractĂ©ristique de la pĂȘche blanche Ericeira, offrant un confort et bien-ĂȘtre.

Aussi SUITE nous permet de vous détendre et regarder la mer à travers sa grande porte en verre, ce qui permet encore le voyage sur le balcon et entendre le battement des vagues.

Tout a été pensé pour surprendre et de satisfaire, de sorte que votre séjour vous fournira un séjour agréable et votre satisfaction est notre contentement.

The apartment was very nice and had a good view of the ocean and sunsets. The pool area was nice and private. The major complaint was dogs barking all hours of the day.

Lovely break for October half term

Second stay here with the last one being 9 years ago. Lovely situated apartment for stunning sunsets and all the fun that Ericeira has to offer. Super lovely hosts with nothing too much to help us.

The apartment is amazing - even better than the description. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We liked the area as it wasn’t as busy as some but very close to restaurants and activities. We Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days there and would highly recommend it to others.

Comfortable stay in great beach town

Family of six stayed in this spacious apartment four five nights. The host has been very supportive and available for questions and had many valuable tips. The check in process was very smooth. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and we cooked dinner frequently. We appreciated the pool area which we had for our selves during the stay. The location was in a calm street and close to beaches, stores and restaurants. Ericeira was a good spot for sightseeing in the area. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can highly recommend this place! :)

Lovely apartment close to facilities. Shame about building work going on around property but that’s out of owners control and didn’t really disturb us. Appartment was well fitted out with everything we needed.

The property was exactly as described. Immaculate. Everything we needed. Easy access in to main streets of the town. Pool was great. It was just the perfect location for a fabulous holiday.

lekker huis

Heerlijk huis, veel ruimte, schoon, grote kamers, je bent in 5-10 min bij zee lopend, lekker zwembad. Je hebt veel privacy en er is een goede airconditioning en zonwering. We zaten er twee weken. Lekker ook dat alles halverwege werd schoongemaakt en we kregen nieuwe handdoeken. Wat tegenviel was dat alles heel luxe werd beschreven, maar het is al wat verouderd en niet meer compleet allemaal (geen koelkast bij zwembad, geen dvd speler - werd trouwens wel snel vervangen toen we er om vroegen, ook in de keuken zijn sevies en bestek niet voldoende voor 6-8 mensen en het uitzicht klopt niet meer met de foto’s, want er staat een apartementencomplex in aanbouw voor). Al met al hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zeer de moeite waard.

We had a lovely stay in Ericeira and the apartment was clean, spacious and well located with great views of the sea. Rita & Caterina were very helpful hosts, easy to communicate with and they had thought of everything when it came to leaving the apartment stocked, I would recommend this place and am thinking about coming back another time to further explore the gorgeous coastline.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

We just returned from our stay in Ericeira. The city is amazing and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The walk into town and to the beach was truly a 5 minute walk, but was very hilly, so keep that in mind. There were quite a few great restaurants in town and a full grocery store nearby, though not within walking distance. We rented a car, so were also able to visit many other beaches as well as some of the nearby cities (Sintra, Porto and Lisbon). We had a great time, and can't wait to return!

Contact and responses great from the start. Lovely apartment, amazing sea views. New buildings going up nearby but doesn’t impact on view and noise is minimal to none. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of towels (bath and pool). Lounge area very comfortable. Location excellent. (Would recommend a car) Supermarket nearby, plenty of Excellent restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. Explore the coastline - it’s fabulous. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Very comfortable, fantastic sea views, great pool!

We had a lovely stay in Ericeira. The apartment had everything we needed - plenty of towels, kitchenware, etc and great views of the sea. We had the pool to ourselves all week and even had a barbecue by the pool at one point - it was really relaxing. Ericeira was a lovely town to explore and we had some excellent meals there. Catarina and Rita helped to arrange our airport transfers and that was very smooth and easy. The one thing that could have been better was our check in on the Saturday. Due to flight delays, we arrived 2 hours later than we'd predicted we would, but were told that we couldn't use the apartment because it was still being cleaned and that we should come back in 2 hours. Given that the owner knew our arrival time this was quite irritating. We had been up since 5am and had a very long journey with lots of delays, so we just wanted to have showers/naps/get settled, but we weren't able to. The owner came back to the apartment at 9pm to complete the check in - so it wasn't a very smooth or relaxing first day. After the journey we'd had, we just waned to start our holiday straight away, but that first evening was taken up with the cleaning and check in - not ideal and there was no apology.

Perfect apartment for our family vacation

We had a great time staying at this property for a week long family vacation. We were 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids under age 8) and it was perfect for us. The location is great and within a short walking distance (despite the big hill), but not a problem for our youngest (age 5). There are so many delicious restaurants and bakeries to choose from. Our days in Ericiera would start with the pool and then we would venture down to one of the beaches to swim/play/relax and then to dinner. We did travel a few days - Peniche/Berlengas Islands which was only an hour drive, Mafra to see the palace (10 min drive) and Lisbon (35-40 min drive). We loved being able to go to different areas, but Ericiera was the perfect pace for us. Catarina and her mother were amazing hosts - very responsive to our requests. Would love to visit again.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location in Ericeira

We had a wonderful time in Ericeira staying in this lovely apartment. It’s very close to the town and everything is within walking distance (although there is a bit of a hill on the way back). The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The bedrooms are also a very good size. The owners were very attentive - the dishwasher was broken but they had a maintenance person arrive to fix it within a matter of hours. The setting is fantastic and the views of the sea are spectacular. They are a little spoiled by the construction works which now partially block what would otherwise be an incredible view of the sea. Happily, there were no workmen on the building site while we were there and the work seems to be near to completion so guests won’t be bothered by a major noise disruption. Overall, I would strongly recommend this apartment for a week’s family holiday.

Mycket trevligt boende.

Vi bodde 2 familjer hÀr en vecka i juni. Det Àr en jÀttefin lÀgenhet med en fantastisk utsikt utsikt. Mycket trevlig vÀrd som Àven kan boka surflektioner hos en mycket bra surf firma. I anslutning till lÀgenheten finns en pool dÀr man kan grilla och sitta pÄ kvÀllarna och titta pÄ solnedgÄngen. GÄngavstÄnd till Strand och till den trevliga lilla staden Ericeira. DÀr det finns mycket restauranger vÄr absoluta favorit var restaurangen Funky.
