Beautiful apartment in a historic building, 35 metres from the beach, well-furnished, 3rd floor with lift, ocean view, master bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with hydromassage shower. Air conditioning. The seaside promenade is just 20 metres away, where you can relax and shop at stores, outlets, fashion boutiques, pubs, bars, and restaurants! Admission to the Viareggio Carnival is included.
