L'appartement est très bien situé et présente tous les avantages et le comfort pour une vacance à la mer en famille. Doté d'un garage privé, il n'y a pas l'inconvénient du parking, payant dans tout le centre et très difficile, surtout pendant les périodes de vacances.Il y a 3 balcons équipés de fauteuils et de tables où l'on peut s'installer pour un café ou un apéro.
Viareggio est une petite station balnéaire qui, grace à ses immenses plages et à sa magnifique promenade en style Liberty ,les boutiques et les nombreux restaurants d'excellente cuisine, attire un public cosmopolite ou purement toscan tout au long de l'année. Ce centre est le point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses excursions d'une journée à caractère culturel, gastronomique ou simplement de détente.En moins d'une heure on rejoint aisément Florence, Lucques,Pise, les carrières de marbre de Carrare et les "Cinque Terre".
Pour les jeunes il y a de nombreux pubs, discothèques, fetes , concerts et festivals qu'ils peuvent rejoindre facilement, meme à pied ou à vélo.
Les autres attractions de Viareggio sont Le Carnaval et le Festival Puccini.

Visit to Viareggio

A lovely clean apartment close to everything. A bakery and bar/cafe were located just below us which was great! Anne was great to communicate with. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great Location and Hospitality

This apartment was centrally located to the boardwalk, train station and local shops and markets. It was comfortable and safe. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend this place to others.

Very clean and convenient sight for the train station, beach and restaurants!

Anne was pleasant and very helpful. The apt was clean and roomy. Bakery & bar on the corner. Grocery around the corner. Train station 6 blocks, 2 blocks from the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location in Viareggio!!

Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect for us! We could walk to anywhere we wanted to in Viareggio as it was just steps from the waterfront. It also has a garage as we had a car for taking day trips to around the area and did not have to worry at all about parking. Working with the manager could not have been better also!

Fantastic apartment!

Great, central location! Couldn't have picked a better appointment for our stay. Supermarket right around the corner, coffee/bar right downstairs, close to beach and many restaurants. We had 3 adults and 1 eight year old. Plenty of space for all of us.

Great venue

Nice appartment with perfect location in the middle of Viareggio. Close to the beach and train station. Parking space in underground garage really a huge benefit. Bakery in the same building. Supermarket around the corner. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very nice and friendly host.

Exactly as described!

The location is perfect. The bakery downstairs is excellent. The Conad Grocery around the corner is very convenient! Anne is a great host. The flat is clean and has everything you need. Beds usually comfortable! Wi-Fi is relatively slow DSL, but you can stream Netflix on an iPad just fine. We enjoyed or stay in Cinque Terra/Tuscany using this apartment has a home base.

Anne was a wonderful host, turning up later than arranged as our flight was delayed. The apartment was brilliant in a wonderful location and the carpark space is a real bonus. air-conditioning in both our bedrooms and the main sitting room made for a comfortable space. Right beside a supermarket, small bar and restaurants.

Beautiful accommodation in Viareggio

This apartment is absolutely perfect! The location is wonderful and the apartment is very spacious and well appointed. The check in and check out were seamless, the owner was wonderful to work with. The a/c works great, the patios are lovely to enjoy some people watching in the morning or evening, and the beds are comfortable. You do not need a car in this location. You can walk to absolutely everything- grocery, restaurants, beaches, etc. Do yourself a favor and visit the bakery down below the apartment. Her focaccia will be something I dream about for weeks to come!

Nice apartment close to everything

The apartment is nice and spacious. It is easy to keep cool with the two air conditioners and plenty of windows. Even in late July, they often catch a cool sea breeze. The windows, together with the three balconies, give the apartment an open feel. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and promenade, and 10 minutes to the train station. There is a bakery right downstairs and a grocery store around the corner. In addition, Anne is a great host! Overall, I can highly recommend this apartment.

Great stay in Viarregio!

My friends and I (group of 5 persons) stayed for 10 days at Annes place. We arrived in a VW bus and the parking lot was big enough. Anne was super supportive in helping us check if our VW Bus could fit in the parking lot and many other questions. Communication with Anne was always fast and friendly. The apartment was very tidy and spacious. There was enough room for everybody. The 2 bathrooms, 3 balconys and air condition in every bed and living room were great. The appartment looks better in real life as in the photos. Supermarket, bakery, beach, restaurants.. everything was right around the corner or max. 10 min walk away. Highly recommend this appartment and would rent it again, if we are back in Viareggio. Thanks a lot Anne!

Family Stay in Viareggio

Our original apartment fell through so we booked this apartment instead. It was a bit over my budget but SO worth it. As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt right at home. It is clean and stocked with everything one would need. There is air conditioning in the main living room and each of the three bedrooms. We found we didn't need it in the living room because there are big doors opening to a balcony that allows fresh air. We loved sitting on the balcony off the living room and the main bedroom. There is another balcony off the kitchen that we used to dry our clothes on the drying rack. There is so much space for a family of 5. We stay mostly in rentals when traveling and this apartment is one of my favorites, you can tell that Anne takes pride in the apartment. Don't hesitate to book!

Absolument parfait

Situation idéale plein centre, a quelques minutes à pied de la plage, à deux pas de la boulangerie, de la supérette et de la pharmacie. Propreté irréprochable. La climatisation dans chaque chambre et dans le salon, bienvenue vu le temps . Anne est très agréable, accueil chaleureux. Juste faire attention au bouton dans la cuisine, il ne remonte pas le store mais éteint le gaz😂. Anne disponible très vite pour rectifier notre erreur. Le parking est un gros plus car toutes les places sont payantes à Viareggio. En résumé : parfait.

Bel accueil, joli appartement, immeuble bruyant

Anne nous a accueilli avec gentillesse dans son appartement qui est décoré avec goût ! Il est très bien situé a quelques minutes de la mer et des plages, on peut même la voir du balcon du salon ! Néanmoins, nous avons vécu une fête (musique forte, cris, chaises) de jeunes voisins du dessus (dernier étage) qui nous a empêché de dormir jusqu'à 2h, dommage car sinon le séjour aurait été parfait.

excellent appartement, grand, propre et bien équipé,. air climatisé fonctionne bien, le tout dans un quartier super beau, près de tout plage resto épicerie boulangerie guichet $$$. Un seul petit hic,le bureau de poste en bas... un peu bruyant le matin mais nous sommes matinaux, avec les fenêtres fermées c'est ok

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Ausstattung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand ( frei zugänglicher Abschnitt) und Promenade, 700 Meter zum Bahnhof. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt um die Toskana anzuschauen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke, Restaurants und Shopping in großer Auswahl im Umkreis. Tiefgaragen Parkplatz inklusive. Vielen Dank an Anne, sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und kümmert sich um alles.
