Ideally located in the peaceful area of Ternelles only a short walk from the centre of Pollensa, Romaní is the ideal holiday hideaway. The sweeping driveway takes you through the orange trees grove to the parking area by the house. This recently built property offers three bedrooms with air conditioning, one double with en-suite bathroom and two twins sharing a bathroom. There is an open plan living-dining room and separate fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large furnished covered terrace with barbecue and ping pong table. A path from the house takes you to the pool area with sun loungers, an ideal place to soak up the sun and enjoy a dip in the pool. Romaní exclusively offers its guests a tennis court too! Romaní is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a sought-after area within walking distance of Pollensa old town with its winding streets, popular square and multitude of chic boutiques and outstanding restaurants.

Easy booking experience, good instructions to get to property. Spotless inside. Towels for both shower and for pool. Welcome pack was very useful as we arrived late on a Sunday night. Pool was clean. Great location, 17 mins walk to town centre. Very quiet location. Will almost certainly be back. Wi-Fi was very slow and instructions for the washer would be handy.

Unser Aufenthalt im März

Wir waren Ende März in der Finca. Die Finca ist so gut gedämmt, dass man von den umliegenden Fincas nichts hört. Wir haben ein Willkommenspaket bekommen mit u.a. einer Seife, Duschgel, Salz und Pfeffer. In Pollenca gibt es einen Lidl. Wir sind den Wanderweg GR 221 ein wenig gelaufen, der an der Ma-10 entlang verläuft. Die Pont Roma de Pollenca haben wir uns auch angeschaut und sind die Stufen zur kleinen Wallfahrtskirche "El Calvari" in Pollenca hinaufgegangen und zum dortigen Aussichtspunkt ("Mirador"). Das mittelalterliche Kloster auf dem Puig de Maria ist auch sehr sehenswert. Von der Finca ist es nicht weit zur Pollenca- und Alcudia-Bucht. In Port de Pollenca ist das Landschaftsschutzgebiet "s'Albufereta" sehr interessant und in Alcudia das Vogelschutzgebiet "s'Albufera". Von der Finca ist es nicht weit zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Kloster Lluc und Cap Formentor. Wir sind zur "Cala Murta" beim Cap Formentor gelaufen. Auf dem Weg sind uns viele Esel begegnet. Wenn man in der "Cala Murta" angelangt ist, ist es auch sehenswert, die kurze Strecke bis zum Aussichtspunkt ("Mirador") weiterzugehen. Auch die von der Finca aus unweiten Strände bei "Cala Sant Vicenc" und die Bucht "Cala Boquer" sind sehenswert. Die angrenzende "Sierra de Tramuntana" ist ein sehr schönes Wandergebiet. Wenn man den Wanderweg auf der "Cami de Ternelles" laufen möchte, dann stößt man bald auf ein Tor, durch das man nur nach einer vorherigen Genehmigung kommt. Pro Tag dürfen nur 20 Personen hindurch. In den Bädern stinkt es immer noch aus dem Abfluss.

Schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das große Grundstück mit Pool, Tennisplatz und Tischtennisplatte ist ideal für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Peaceful surroundings

We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.

Perfect Holiday

It was our second time at Can Romani and again we enjoyed it very much. Everything was in good condition. The place is beautiful. Listening to the birds in the morning, playing Tennis, enjoing the Pool, Barbecue in the evening. We went hiking in the Mountains, rented bikes to visit places around, discovered beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Pollenca is a beautiful city with nice Shops and Restaurants. A perfect Holiday. Hope to come back soon.

Enjoy nature and wild life in a beautiful villa near Pollensa

I really loved being in the nature and still close to the village. Going to the market on Sundays. Quiet, clean and very friendly staff. Excellent - Nothing to improve. You find all you need there, and if you miss something just contact the NordVillas staff. They are always willing to help. THANKS!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub auf einem Naturgrundstück

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Can Romani verbracht. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft mit vielen Bäumen. Morgens wird man vom zwitschern der Vögel geweckt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Der Tennisplatz ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für ein bisschen Familientennis reicht es. Das Haus ist ganz neu, modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt. Die große Terrasse mit dem Blick ins grüne wurde viel genutzt. Ebenso die Tischtennisplatte. Der Standort ist ideal gelegen. Man ist sehr schnell an der Küste, aber auch in den Bergen. Wir haben viele schöne Wanderungen unternommen und natürlich auch die Zeit am Haus mit Pool und Tennis genossen. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben. Ich denke das sagt alles. Vielen Dank an den Besitzer, dass wir die Zeit in seinem schönen Haus verbringen durften. Wir freuen uns schon auf 2022.
