Welcome!

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, Wi-Fi, and TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table with six chairs to dine with loved ones.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that the flat is located on a busy street with an Irish pub on the ground floor, so you may hear some lively noise during the day and late at night, including occasional daytime construction sounds.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

Uber is available for download and use in Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The place in Porto was beautiful! The instructions to enter were adequate but for those of us who are challenged translating the printed word into actions, I felt they might have been more explicit. Anyway, after some kind building resident’s help we found our way to the place and absolutely loved the layout. The adjoining balconies overlooking the street were ideal and our favorite spot! The designs and items were unique and creative. On the less positive side, there were no tables (waist height) to open the bags or lay clothes….the choices were nearly always floor-level. The supplies provided were non-existent or weak: for instance there were no coffee-pods for the coffeemaker, two little soaps in the one bathroom, with no soap holder, and two rolls of toilet tissues which we almost exhausted in the 4 days there. Those are minor things, but hopefully help you in future planning. The things that were slightly more concerning were:1. The one A/C/Heat unit near the entrance totally didn’t work. In fact, it was turned off at the breaker box when we arrived on a warm afternoon and needed some cooling. The remote control was inoperative, and that is the only way to adjust the unit.2. The latch on the bathroom door was inoperative. To get the bathroom door to remain closed, one needed to physically pull the handle back up after entering. While this is a minor inconvenience, and a small annoyance, I could tell more, but you have limited to 1500 characters. Couldn't send photos

Nah zum Fluss

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral ist allerdings dementsprechend laut. Es fehlt ein Geschirrtuch und Weingläser. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt einfach.

Aber jetzt zum Kern des Problems: Wir hatten die Wohnungsübergabe um 15:00 Uhr und um 15:00 Uhr sollten auch die Koffer geliefert werden. Umständlicher Weise mussten wir den Schlüssel an einer Reception abholen (5 Minuten entfernt) . Dazu benötigt man ein Zahlenschloss, um hineinzukommen und den Schlüssel in eine Box zu entnehmen. Wir waren schon etwas früher circa 20 Minuten, aber der Schlüssel war nicht in der Box. Die Dame mit den pinken Haaren sagte uns, dass sie uns den Schlüssel erst um 15:00 Uhr übergeben kann. Auf die Bitte, dass unsere beiden Kinder mal auf Toilette gehen können, da wir ja eine längere Anreise hatten, sagte sie, dass das nur für das Personal möglich ist. So warteten wir 20 Minuten mit der Dame zusammen im Büro, bis sie den Schlüssel aus dem Schreibtisch in den Schlüsselkasten hing (Sie hatte ihn die ganze Zeit) und dann sagte, jetzt können wir den Schlüssel rausnehmen. Zwischenzeitig mussten wir den Fahrer mit den Koffern mehrfach vertrösten. So waren die Kinder total genervt, da sie nicht auf Toilette konnten. Check in to the property is terrible. We have to walk half a mile to get the key for the lock box. I don't understand why they don't have the key lock box at the property like the others. The apartment is nice but missing some of the basic. First, they only gave us 1 set of keys for two couple. In the second bedroom they have nothing to put your clothing Not even a table and they have plenty of room to put at least a dresser. They have no dishwasher which is ok but don't provide anything to hand dry the dishes. We were 4 people staying in the apartment. They only have 4 glasses, 4 cups ect...which is ridiculous. They have no instruction manual. To get out of the building they have the main lobby door and 4 glass doors to get out. We had to figure out which key and which door to unlock which is very cumbersome as it is at the bottle of the door which is hard to reach. One couple got stuck for 30 minutes and they couldn't figure out how to unlock the door until we got there. The management company is terrible very slow to our response, and we had to wait at least 30 minutes on the phone before we can get someone to answer. Its unfortunate, the apartment is nice with great location but giving how poor is the communication I will not be staying there again

Kitchen really good but didn’t use any of it, including complimentary tea and coffee. Decent shower. Bedrooms big and beds Ok, but both overlooked the street. (No windows in rest of apartment). So, it was really noisy too early in morning. The windows and shutters just didn’t block out the noise. This is the only reason I wouldn’t go back, I’d find somewhere a bit quieter even at the expense of being a bit away from the centre.

listing was accurate but we had issues with electricity. whenever we plugged in the provided heaters, the fuse would blow. the first time, we didn't know the fuse box was outside the apartment in the hall. it kept happening. the parquetry floor in one bedroom had lifted so you couldn't walk on it without hurting yourself. not sure how the cleanter missed that (about 6 square feet of it). we were given a small credit to the charge which helped some but it was disappointing.
