Charca CM18 is one of our newest additions, recently refurbished, features 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, with all utensils necessary for a comfy stay plus several appliances such as dishwasher, oven, dryer, toaster, coffe maker and much more!

The open plan kitchen counts on a convenient dining area, that overlooks the spacious living room which is fitted with a large sofa and a SmartTv, from where you can access a fantastic terrace, where to enjoy a dreamy meal outdoors with sea views.

Charca CM is equipped with air conditioning units and internet connection to make your stay even more pleasant!

This is the perfect holiday home for well deserved vacation! situated in a privileged location, right by the beach, with all amenities such as restaurants and shops on foot, and a wonderful promenade walk that leads to Meloneras Boulevard, one of the most popular and classiest areas in south Gran Canaria.

Tolles Appartement, welches unseren Familienurlaub zu einem tollen Erlebnis machte. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Ausstattung genauso wie beschrieben.Wir haben jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang auf dem Balkon genossen bei einer Tasse Kaffee. Der Weg zum Strand sehr kurz. Positiv die Klimatisierung aller Räume.Der einzige kleine Mangel ist, dass ein Raum etwas renovierbedürftig war. Hier löste sich die Tapete, es schien hier etwas feucht zu sein. Das aber nur am Rande, denn alles in allem einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je hatten. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Super Lage und toller Ausblick auf Strand und Meer

Die Wohnung und das Objekt sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gut Ausgestattet. Die zentrale Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon sind optimal.
