Penthouse apartment on the Levante beach front, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the establishment. It has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (1 en suite) and capacity for 6 people.

Modern 100 m² accommodation, with a huge 25 m2 private terrace with dining area and solarium, and views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, 1 private parking space in a nearby building (approximately 300 meters), 2 televisions (Smart TV), iron, hair dryer.

The open-plan induction kitchen with island is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, street level, commercial name BenidormBooking.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Excellent stay, great location

Great location, clean lovely apartment Just the key drop off was a pain as our flight was 4am and the key drop off ten min away, only a small thing.

Great value apartment, handy for old and new town

Stayed here twice as location is perfect and apartment is perfect for our needs As before the ensuite bathroom should have a door.

Super clean, convenient location with comfy beds and lovely terrace. Nothing, but would suggest a door be fitted on the en suite bathroom door as hearing loo noises is never ideal. More towels would be a suggestion too.

A fabulous 2 bed apartment, great location and lovely terrace, will definitely return!

the location is fabulous apartment spotless comfy beds if I was picky.. a full length mirror is needed & shelf in shower to place your toiletries collecting and dropping off keys was a slight pain. Maybe a key safe would be more practical

The apartment was bright and modern, and in a great location.It was very well equipped, and the welcoming water and bottle of wine was a nice touch.The sun terrace a real bonus as we were travelling with a group of friends and it gave us plenty of space to enjoy food and drinks outdoors Please be aware that the en suite bathroom is open plan into the main bedroom, meaning that you couldn&#39t use the toiletshower when your room mate was in the the bedroom section. I did find this arrangement a little strange, although the bathroom area itself was very nice. A door would make a big difference.

Prachtig, ruim appartement. Leuke ligging in Benidorm. De garage was een groot pluspunt. Makkelijk om de sleutels op te halen. Eigenlijk niets.

Appartamento super e ben organizzato Trovato pulito e accessoriato come si deve Parcheggio privato incluso ottimo Per raggiungere l’appartamento occorre passare con la macchina in zona con limitazione agli accessi ragione per la quale avrò un po’ di mesi di attesa nel dubbio che mi arrivi qualche multa. Cosa non meno importante, considerato che siamo al quinto piano, sotto il magnifico terrazzo alle ore 17 del pomeriggio apre le porte un parco giochi enorme per bambini. Chi ha il sonno leggero non dormirà almeno sino alle ore 2 del mattino.
