This large apartment, very bright and comfortable, in the heart of the historic center of the island of Ortigia, a few steps from the Temple of Apollo, can comfortably accommodate families or families of four. Equipped with every comfort, it has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room with sofas and armchairs and an equipped kitchen. All rooms are air conditioned and covered by WiFi.

The apartment is located in a central and well-connected area, ideal for exploring Syracuse. Parking is available in the area, making it easy to arrive by car. The train station is easily accessible by public transportation. The nearest airport is Catania, about an hour and twenty minutes away by car.

Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice. These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights. A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment.
