This detached cottage rests in Aviemore, Scotland and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
3 Croftside is a detached property resting in Aviemore, Scotland. Here, you will find three bedrooms comprising of one king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a king size bedroom adjacent to the main bathroom, together sleeping up to six people and served by a bathroom with bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and one onside parking, a front garden with lawn area and sitting area and a rear garden with gas barbecue, seating area and lawn area. 3 Croftside is a superb base for a wonderful retreat. Please Note: This property accepts a minimum of 4 night stays.
Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent, this does not include wood for the woodburning stove, this can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Please Note: For bookings during August, only a 7 night minimum is accepted, for all other months there is a 4 night minimum. Off-road parking for two cars, roadside parking for one car. Secure garage storage. Front garden with lawn area and patio area. Rear enclosed garden with BBQ and lawn area. Two pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking is allowed. Shop and pub 0.4 miles.

The surrounding area offers a great opportunity for fishing, golfing and walking in the nearby hills and woodland. Attractions within the area includes historic castles and tempting distilleries, whilst fishing can be enjoyed on the River Spey all summer, and winter skiing on the Cairngorms and Lecht ski centres, appealing to the thrill-seekers amongst us.
