We welcome you to our condo, W301 at The Tuscany! W301, is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful stay on Grace Bay beach, tucked away yet five minutes to anything you want to do on the island!

The Tuscany has complied with all of the Government's Procedures and Protocols in making all guests' stays comfortable and safe. Guests for the past 18 years have always commented on how clean the Tuscany's condos are with housekeeping coming in daily, etc. They will continue to keep those high standards, with condos disinfected daily, setting up social distancing spaces so that guests can relax and enjoy the beauty of our boutique resort and Grace Bay!

And, because there are only 22 of the 30 condos in the rental pool, you will feel like you have the entire resort to yourself at times! Our 3 BR/3BA beachfront condominium is spacious, child friendly, and very comfortable. Relax in this beautifully appointed villa. Our goal is to be a sanctuary of peace and relaxation with loved ones and family on one of the world's most beautiful beaches. We believe our design team has been successful in creating the backdrop for you to truly enjoy your stay on the Island.
Our third floor end unit condominium (W301) enjoys the perfect panoramic Caribbean views. Our 2,000 square foot, three bedroom condo provides guests with outstanding comfort and luxury. The spacious master bedroom features a King Size Mahogany Bed overlooking the spectacular ocean views of Grace Bay Beach. The master bath contains a luxurious platform contoured soaking tub, a separate over-sized shower with European glass door and double vanity sinks -- all on travertine marbled tiles. Step outside on the porch and drink your morning coffee as you watch the sailboats on the Caribbean.

The second bedroom features a beautiful beach rattan queen bed -- well-appointed new furnishings with spacious ensuite bathroom. Our third bedroom is a beautiful green/tan decor offering twin beds (with an option to convert into a king size bed) with its own ensuite bathroom as well. The tastefully decorated living/family room features all new furnishings, accessories, and linens and we offer ample seating for good conversations, movie-watching or just hanging out.....

Our oceanfront condo -- new furniture, new upholstered pieces, new linens, outdoor screened in porch furniture, accessories.... we think it's beautiful!

There is a LCD Flat Panel Television with DVD capability and home theatre system in living/family room, in addition to flat screen televisions in all three bedrooms and IPOD docking stations in all bedrooms. You can borrow CDs, movies and books for free at the concierge desk. We also have lots of movies to choose from. The designer kitchen has everything for even the most discerning chef with the dining room table to seat 6 - 8 people. The living/family room also opens up onto the screened porch, which beckons you to partake of the evening sunset views on the Caribbean. Our unit has its own separate laundry room with washer/dryer/sink.

We assure you that you will be spoiled the minute you arrive at The Tuscany's Reception Area with its staff ready to make your vacation enjoyable, relaxing and full of memories. Our management staff can assist you in planning unique excursions such as bone fishing, scuba diving, horsebackriding, off island sightseeing day trips, make suggestions on restaurants, babysitting, etc. For complete relaxation, our guests can take advantage of in-room spa treatments such as massages, facials, manicures or other spa services on our spacious, screened patio. You can also have meals prepared by a private chef and personal shopping if asked upon advance check-in. In fact, the Provo Golf & Tennis Club is located directly across the street from The Tuscany making an early tee time easy! This beautifully maintained 18-hole, Par 72 gold course, is amidst a tropical oasis setting with a magnificent blend of lush greens and fairways....

Sailing, catamarans, snorkeling ... right outside your door on the beach....the azure blue waters of Grace Bay will beckon you to explore the creatures of the deep. The Caribbean is home to over 1500 varieties of fish and on the barrier reef that protects the beautiful shores is some of the BEST snorkeling and scubadiving the Caribbean has to offer!

Dining?

Although the Tuscany does not offer dining facilities of its own, several some of Provo's finest restaurants are a quick stroll down the beach or within a short driving distance ... or if it's a cheeseburger you desire, walk right next door to Ocean Club East's open-air Cabana Bar & Grill to dine at their poolside bar! OPUS, an award-winning restaurant, is also a short stroll from The Tuscany in the Ocean Club resort.
We refer to Cabana Cafe as our "off-site" restaurant because it's so easy to walk over there, and they also offer beachside and poolside service for all Tuscany guests! Ricky's is another beachfront favorite - just a short walk via the beach from The Tuscany!

You can do as much or as little as you want on Provo -- be assured you won't need your Advil. The Tuscany ... a secret worth discovering!
