The property consists of a high quality 2 bed 2 bath apartment and separate studio for rental either together or as separate units. The apartment is equipped as the owner’s holiday home, with all amenities including new open plan kitchen to lounge dining room, main double bedroom an one twin bedroom both with en-suite shower rooms The studio on the second floor has large sun terrace is entered via patio doors with security grill gate, into a spacious well equipped area with soft flooring, king sized bed, kitchenette, and separate shower room. Both units have TV/Internet with TV stations in many languages,

Great location for seeing the local sights. Quiet, but just a 5 minute walk to bustling Carvoiera. Very clean, all facilities you could need and good communication with owner

First visit to Portugal

I can’t fault anything about our stay in this apartment. Everything was excellent from the first contact to the last day of our holiday. The apartment is in a lovely location and has everything you could need. The owners are helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

Nice and peaceful

The property was as described although even a little better than in the low quality photos online. We were three and had plenty of space. The apartment was well equipped with towels and all that we needed in the kitchen. The pool is nice and clean although there is need for more sun lounger cushions. We were very happy with the apartment overall and found the lock box situation a very good option for check in. There is a sea view (although not directly on the front) from the front balcony and overall the area was very quiet. We liked that it was only a little walk to the center.

We hope lara enjoyed their holiday in our apartment in lovely carvoeiro. Communication was excellent, house rules were maintained at all times and the property was left in good condition. We would welcome Lara staying again in the future. We thank lara for her contructive comments. The sea view at the front will be restored in the coming weeks. The fence and hedge are ito be reduced in height very soon. Sorry for this inconvenience. Safe journey home. Tony

Tranquilo y perfecto para 4 personas

Un apartamento muy confortable y situado en un sitio muy tranquilo. Se puede ir andando a cualquier parte de Carvoeiro y el dueño del apartamento proporciona mucha información de los restaurantes-bares de la zona. Además en un cajon de uno de los muebles del salon hay muchos planos e informacion de la zona y de todo el Algarve. La situacion esta muy bien, porque igual te puedes ir en coche para la parte de Portimao, Lagos... que al otro lado para ver Albufeira, Faro... La comunicacion con el propietario fue perfecta, a través de e-mail. Lo recomendare a mis amigos que quieran ir por esta zona.

Tolle Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist separat und extrem gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Wirklich zu empfehlen - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location

We extended our trip to Carvoeiro and have already recommended this property to friends who live in Portugal, this is how much we enjoyed staying in this apartment. As perviously stated, there are stairs, the complex is at the top of a hill so be prepared to walk. That being said, Carvoeiro is a "walking" town. You don't want to drive one you are here, plus there is hardly any parking "downtown Carvoeiro". Beds are firm, couch is comfortable and there is an "American style" drip coffee maker.

Super logement

Merci à Tony pour ce super séjour ! Tony est très à l'écoute et très réactif ; il a mis à notre disposition son logement qui est vraiment confortable et propre. De plus, la situation du logement est parfaite car il est à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Carvoeiro.

Ideal location, great flat and thoughtful owners

We always spend a long time choosing where we are going to stay and we definitely got it right this time, not only as far as the location was concerned but also the flat itself. It was very well-equipped, e.g. lots of towels and bedding. The flat also had 3 terraces, each with its own clothes horse which meant everyone could dry their towels and costumes when they got back from the beach or pool. Even though the pool itself isn't enormous nor the area around it, it was perfect for a quick dip or just to chill next to it. The location of the flat was just what we were looking for; somewhere within walking distance of the town centre but away from the noise. The walk into the village is very picturesque. Even though the owners Tony and Tina weren't on site it was as if they were because there was even email contact while we were there to check we were ok . The restaurant recommendations were very useful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the flat.

Well-appointed apartment in lovely position

The two of us were lucky enough to stay here at the beginning of September 2010 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is in a small development, so nice and quiet, but benefits from a lovely sea view, use of a pool, and is a short walk into town (but is far enough away to be peaceful) Everything we needed for a great holiday was provided and we found the owners very helpful (their recommendation of restaurant was especially good) We would definitely recommend this apartment for two or four people and hope to return one day There is a large selection of bars restaurants and shops in Carvoeiro, although the beach is average However we went out most days and found a lovely range of beaches from Caneiros which has an excellent restaurant, Playa Grande, Praia da Rocha We also drove to Monchique town and on other days found lovely walks along the cliffs. The apartment is probably not good for unfit people being an uphill walk from town and situated on the first floor, but otherwise enjoy!!

Apartment stay 2009

The 2 of us stayed in the Apartment the first week of September 2009. The complex is charming, only a few properties so lovely and quiet. Nice clean pool although terribly cold as it's in the shade for part of the day although we were very appreciative of it in 35 degree heat. The area was lovely and I would definately like to return some day. Location is great for walking although it's quite hilly so probably not for the disabled or anyone who has difficulty walking. Apartment was roomy and well equipped and the owner was very helpful and friendly so would definately recommend a stay here. On the whole, found Portugal to be expensive but then so is everywhere in Europe at the moment due to the poor exchange rates. In summary, loved it to bits and would definately return.
