Great location right on the coast, very clean caravan with lots of space and good quality appliances etc. would defiantely stay again

End of Summer break

Enjoyed a 3 night family gateway before school starts. Lovely caravan which was comfortable and cozy for a young family.

Location was great for what we wanted caravan was lovely cleanliness a bit doubtfull we cleaned cooker hob as food still on there dirty tissues under bed apart from that we had a lovely stay

Great quiet site!

Had a fabulous break in Lowestoft. The site is located on the coast, 5/7 mins drive away from the harbour area and retail park. Nearby there is a great little cafe, a lovely restaurant and a nice park(on a hill), easily walkable 5 mins. The site is located on flat ground right beside a long promenade. No access to beach, but if walk/drive further along there is plenty open ground and can gain access. The caravan was great and very homely. Had everything we needed... only a chopping board would have been handy! Beds were comfortable, tv is like freeview. No wifi but 4g worked well when needed. Showers were great and kept cosy with central heating which was easy to set on timer if needed. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to book kept informed throughout Van was mostly clean mainly rad in bathroom really dirty WiFi process quite difficult to connect perhaps ask at time of booking if WiFi required pay and get it all setup before you arrive saying that had a fantastic time away will book with you again Cheers Trev

Please accept my apologies if the property was not 100% as it should have been for your arrival. We take any issues of cleanliness very seriously, there are procedures and processes in place, so it is very disappointing if some areas were overlooked on this occasion. We take all Reviews very seriously. The points you have raised have been forwarded onto the cleaning company, so this does not occur again. The property you stayed in does not provide Wi-Fi. On occasion the park may be able to supply Wi-Fi but this is through the park so unfortunately this may not always be as reliable for guests as they need it to be. I do hope you still had a good time despite the issues you experienced and that you have some happy memories of your days out. Relaxing Time

Lovely caravan with great area at the front for relaxing and with easy access to the walk along the sea wall and down onto the beach.
