This apartment is a heartbeat away from Acropolis, at the famous and historic area of Plaka!



NEWS: Unfortunately, our air conditioning broke down and for this reason, for a few days, until about 10/8/23, we will have fans in the apartment until the damage is repaired.



Located in a very strategy place, in Plake, you can be anywhere in 5 minutes by foot! We re-design the interior with brand new floor and some cool features (Jan. 2023)



It has a double spacious bed next to a fully equipped kitchen. A flat TV and two comfortable armchairs. There is a wonderful roof deck where you can enjoy your breakfast or your evenings just under the Acropolis.



The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7. For the winter there is the option for heating with natural gas with extra cost .



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Acropolis is the closest Metro station



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony



Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. ā€“ 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. ā€“ 5:00 p.m.

The apartment was exactly as expected. We had a very nice king size bed, small seating area, small bathroom with excellent shower with great water pressure and hot water. Kitchenette was exactly what was needed for the 2 of us. The highlight of the stay is the terrace with a great view of the Acropolis especially when lit up at night. A great place to enjoy some outside time, a nice table and chairs and 2 loungers. The location is excellent. The street below has numerous dining options all very good. Plenty of shopping options right on the front street with many more options within easy walking distance. We were able to walk to all locations we wanted to visit. Wonderful place for 2 adults to enjoy a few days in Athens. We stayed 5 nights and it was perfect for us. Our host, George was very accessible to us for any needs and helped to make sure our stay was a great experience. We would highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Athens.

The Platka location was centrally located to attractions, transit, restaurants and walking distance to the Acropolis. We enjoyed each of the e restaurants on the same street as the apartment. Great night time view of the Acropolis!

We stayed for two nights at the property which was in a fantastic location, right in the city center of Athens (Plaka). There were fantastic restaurants right below the apartment, but even when they were busy they were not loud for us staying upstairs in the apartment. Check in and check out was super easy, and the host did a great job communicating before and during our stay so that we were comfortable and able to get to/from the place in Athens.

Amazing location! Anything you would want to experience, from delicious food to the Acropolis, was within walking distance. The host was incredibly helpful and available. Check-in was easy and stress free. Altogether, a great experience!

Wow what a location- the nicest area/shopping restaurants right out the doorsteps-everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance not far to all sites-very safe-and George helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

Perfect everything

The size of the apartment was perfect for two people. All the amenities worked wonderfully. Having the roof top deck right outside the door was wonderful, it doubles the size of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, could use additional pillows, but we slept great. The elevator is up a few more steps that we were told, but it was easy to get things to the small elevator and then to the apartment. There are also stairs all the way up, but the small elevator made it very convenient. Even though it is on a busy pedestrian street, we did not hear any noise when we closed the windows. The building was also very quiet which was wonderful. Being so close to everything was amazing. Every sight we wanted to see, visit and go to was within walking distance. Every tour that we took, we could walk to the meeting point. Food options were very plentiful, our favorite was right outside the front door. The owner was very responsive and helped us secure transportation to and from the apartment. Food, shopping, souvenirs are all so close, you will not have to go far to find what you want. I highly recommend this location. We hope to stay here again.

Fantastic Location!!

The Rooftop view was perfect overlooking Plaka. Everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance. The Resturant right out our door was 5 star with live traditional music was great. The apartment was very comfortable and had everthing we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Dont miss going to the outdoor theatre near by too. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Plaka Dream

Our stay in the downtown Cocoon with roof deck was incredible. The location was located in central Plaka next to a garden plaza & surrounded by a wonderful restaurants & plenty of shops. The area was clean & we felt safe walking around both day & night. The residence had a wonderful roof top deck which came in handy when we needed a little down time for coffee or a glass of wine. The unit is situated close to all large number of tourist sites & most everything was within walking distance. George was an incredible host & in addition to a seamless occupancy & stay he made all our transfer arrangements which could be tricky @ times. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Perfect location

This is the second time Iā€™ve stayed at this property and I will definitely return again. Everything about the process is very smooth and easy from airport. Pick up to drop off. The location is great because you can step out the front door to a variety of shops and cafĆ©s. It is walking distance to most of the monuments in the old city. Thank you!

Fantastic location. Amazing views.

My husband and I stayed here prior to a cruise. George and his team were amazing. Communication was excellent. I took advantage of his airport pickup and drop off service. Drivers were on time and communicated every step of the process. I would stay here again and again and again!

AMAZING

This property couldn't be better. The view from the private rooftop deck cannot be overstated. When you leave the property, you're immediately in the middle of amazing restaurants, shopping, and historical landmarks. Our only regret is that we were only able to stay one night. We are already planning a longer stay for next year.

Location, location, location!

Great location, in the Plaka, near the sights, close to transport. Had everything we needed including a lovely deck. Our contact, George, was phenomenal giving us directions, booking tours and transport. Fantastic stay, great little apartment, highly recommend it.

This is a spacious studio apartment with a large roof deck. The building was clean and secure. Everything worked well in the apartment. The neighborhood is busy but not loud at all. Very close to all the major attractions and many restaurants and shops.

We loved it

The location on Plaka was wonderful. Food and shops everywhere. With such a central location it was quite quiet above all the activity. The host was wonderful, attentive in all the months up to arrival. He arranged airport transfer coming in which was so appreciated and needed! It's on the 4th floor but you can take an elevator from floor 2. The rooftop bar and restaurant you can see from the roof is worth a visit!
