Great Design Apartment Near Acropolis And Top Sights, Wi-fi gratuit

La taille de l'appartement est de 70 mÚtres carrés, dispose de deux balcons (salon et chambre) et est divisée en deux espaces: le salon avec TV, cuisine entiÚrement équipée, parquet, éclairage caché, mobilier design et la chambre avec salle de bains qui a une cloison en verre à travers laquelle vous pouvez voir une grande zone de douche construite. Les deux espaces sont confortables, ont de beaux matériaux et garantissent un séjour agréable. Idéal pour un couple. Un canapé se transforme en deux lits dans le salon pour un tiers et une quatriÚme personne ou un enfant.
Il y a aussi le wi-fi gratuit, machine à laver, cafetiÚre, chaudiÚre, deux climatiseurs, fer à repasser et planche à repasser et tube à la télé.
Le propriétaire est un architecte et a conçu l'intérieur de l'appartement avec d'excellents matériaux, un excellent design et une qualité de construction.

L’appartement est tres bien situĂ© pour visiter l’Acropole, le musĂ©e, la Plaka, Psiri, jardin national, 
 mais le confort et la propretĂ© ne correspondaient pas Ă  nos attentes. C’est un appartement qui a besoin d’ĂȘtre rafraĂźchi et bien nettoyĂ©.

Could not have asked for a better stay. They picked us up from the airport, gave us many great suggestions around the area in Athens and picked us up promptly at 330 in the morning to take us back to the airport. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the place was extremely spacious.

Spacious apartment with plenty of closet space for couples/longer stay as needed Efi makes check in easy. Great location being close to Acropolis Music and Metro stop Street can be a bit noisy when widows open. Couch could use replacement as very low seating and worn If older or mobility issues the step up and then step down shower entry can be a challenge Efi very responsive to inquiries and helpful

This is an AMAZING place; I stayed with my two sons, the design is gorgeous, the apartment is beautiful, Efi the owner responded to questions promptly via text. Plenty of room for 4 although we were just 3. This place is the place to be, if you need a place in Athens close to everything THIS IS IT!! Book it ASAP !! Veronica stayed 9/25-10/2

Great place in great location close to Acropolis. Spiros picked us up at airport and checked us in
 so glad that was arranged as he gave us some great recommendations and checked us in and brought our bags up the small elevator for us. Very secure location and great bathroom, laundry and kitchen facilities. Would love to visit again.

Clean and quiet! Would highly recommend using the driver Efi has. Spyros is an awesome tour guide and such a nice guy. He took us on a day trip to Korinthos and it was awesome. So, ask him about that if you have the chance. The apartment was in the perfect location and within walking distance of everything and tons of great food right around the corner. Having air condition and a washing machine was also great to have. It was very hot and we needed to wash lots of clothes. The shower is huge as well. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to Athens.

Perfect location and space!

Just around the corner from the Plaka area. Walking distance to the Acropolis, National Garden and many shops and restaurants. Apartment is very spacious, clean, and secure.

Athens by the Acropolis Museum

Perfect location. Contemporary apartment less than a block from restaurants, Museum and a walk to the Acropolis entrance less than 10 minutes away. Easy walking to Syntagma Square, Ermou St and then back to the apartment. Apartment is on the 4th floor. An elevator for 1 is available to move 1 person and luggage up or down. Highly recommend and hope to return and stay here again. Transportation can be coordinated with Spyros who is very attentive to your needs. We used him for transportation to the port to meet our cruise ship and wouldn’t do it any other way. Door to cruise ship door service.

I LOVE ATHENS

The Poseidonos ferry from Skala on Agistri island was seamless. Spiros was there to pick me up holding my name high in the air. He offered wonderful laughable stories during the ride to my new home for 2 weeks.

I invite you to stay in my apartment in a great location of Athens, the city I grew up in, that I designed and constructed myself using the best materials in the market and a lot of joy.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The apartment is located in one of the most important historical areas in the country, the Acropolis area, famous in the whole world as the symbol of ancient Greek civilization and I knew I was buying a piece of it when I chose it.
I've been visiting, admiring and having fun in this area since I was a child, that's why I designed and looked after my property with a lot of joy and love.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment is new!
The renovation was completed in 2012.
I am an architect so when I bought it I knew I would demolish it and build my own design from the beginning. So not only the design is new but also the electrical, plumbing that all is hidden under what you see.
So what I have is a brand new beautiful apartment around the corner from the Acropolis.
