Great Design Apartment Near Acropolis And Top Sights, Wi-fi gratuit

La taille de l'appartement est de 70 mètres carrés, dispose de deux balcons (salon et chambre) et est divisée en deux espaces: le salon avec TV, cuisine entièrement équipée, parquet, éclairage caché, mobilier design et la chambre avec salle de bains qui a une cloison en verre à travers laquelle vous pouvez voir une grande zone de douche construite. Les deux espaces sont confortables, ont de beaux matériaux et garantissent un séjour agréable. Idéal pour un couple. Un canapé se transforme en deux lits dans le salon pour un tiers et une quatrième personne ou un enfant.
Il y a aussi le wi-fi gratuit, machine à laver, cafetière, chaudière, deux climatiseurs, fer à repasser et planche à repasser et tube à la télé.
Le propriétaire est un architecte et a conçu l'intérieur de l'appartement avec d'excellents matériaux, un excellent design et une qualité de construction.

Could not have asked for a better stay. They picked us up from the airport, gave us many great suggestions around the area in Athens and picked us up promptly at 330 in the morning to take us back to the airport. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the place was extremely spacious.

Great place in great location close to Acropolis. Spiros picked us up at airport and checked us in… so glad that was arranged as he gave us some great recommendations and checked us in and brought our bags up the small elevator for us. Very secure location and great bathroom, laundry and kitchen facilities. Would love to visit again.

This is an AMAZING place; I stayed with my two sons, the design is gorgeous, the apartment is beautiful, Efi the owner responded to questions promptly via text. I LOVE ATHENS

The Poseidonos ferry from Skala on Agistri island was seamless. Spiros was there to pick me up holding my name high in the air. He offered wonderful laughable stories during the ride to my new home for 2 weeks.

Awesome location.

Easy to walk to the sites, food, and the metro. If you are coming from the U.S., I highly recommend using the hosts driver, Spyros. He helped us with check in and gave great suggestions regarding day trips or using the ferry.

Efi arranged transportation from the airport. The driver was friendly and assisted with our luggage. The location is near the Acropolis museum and many wonderful restaurants. A short walk to Plaka.we would definitely stay again.

Excellent Location in Nice Property

Perfect location (right next to Acropolis Museum) from which to explore Athens. Lots of restaurants and attractions in walking distance. We never needed transportation. Property was great with two small balconies. Host arranged driver from airport which was great!

I invite you to stay in my apartment in a great location of Athens, the city I grew up in, that I designed and constructed myself using the best materials in the market and a lot of joy.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The apartment is located in one of the most important historical areas in the country, the Acropolis area, famous in the whole world as the symbol of ancient Greek civilization and I knew I was buying a piece of it when I chose it.
I've been visiting, admiring and having fun in this area since I was a child, that's why I designed and looked after my property with a lot of joy and love.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment is new!
The renovation was completed in 2012.
I am an architect so when I bought it I knew I would demolish it and build my own design from the beginning. So not only the design is new but also the electrical, plumbing that all is hidden under what you see.
So what I have is a brand new beautiful apartment around the corner from the Acropolis.
