Please always lock the entrance door when you are in or out of the apartment and have the water heater (ΘEPMOΣIΦΩNAΣ) off when you are not using it.
Also have the electric rollers down all the way so that their lock is activated and the black pin on the top of the balcony doors fastened.

The location was fabulous for restaurants, Acropolis tours/museum, nightlife, and shopping. The taxis arranged by the host to transport us from airport and to the cruise port were super convenient. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect to visit the popular attractions. Wonderful restaurants in easy walking distance. Spyros who picked me up at the airport was very helpful giving me instructions where to go. I would certainly recommend this apartment to any travelers.

Perfect location to visit the Acropolis and other key Athens' attractions. The two heat pumps and two balconies were really appreciated, as well a big bathroom and a nice kitchen.To note that the apartment is on the 4th and the elevator can only accommodate 1 person ( suitcase) at a time. This was not really a problem for us, but could be to some.

The apartment was awesome. From as soon as we landed at the airport, the owner had arranged for a driver to pick us up and take us directly to the apartment, which was so convenient. The location is superb located in the Plaka area and five minutes from all kinds of restaurants , gift, shops, bakeries,and walking distance to the acropolis. We were very pleased.

We stayed 11 nights and used the apartment as a base-camp to tour Athens and took six day trips all over the place. Key Tours (also highly recommended) is just around the corner. The apartment is a lovely place to stay for a while and is very much in the centre of things - and there’s an AB supermarket just around the corner. Would stay there again should we come back to Greece.

1st... host arranged pick up at the port for me after my cruise and Spyro took us directly to the unit and walked us up to explain how everything works. From the very old elevator, triple lock doors, hot water, roll down shades and locking the windows. He also recommended a few places, including a flea market area to buy souvenirs. And to buy our food and drinks on the "local" side of the street vs. The touris area in the opposite direction. If youre not a big eater., split your dinner. Portions are decent. The host had been responsive to all of my questions prior. This is a great location a block from the Acropolis museum and the Metro. I didnt get a chance to use the Metro but will try the next time. Bring your walking shoes. If you can walk and have atleast two days, most attractions are can be walked to in the center of town without buying the hop on hop off bus. But is you do... one of the ayops is just a block away. Great locatio. And clean wide open unit.

The host was very nice but the space itself was not ideal. We had four people staying . Supplies were only accommodated for three. The main bedroom the bed was almost unsleepable. Supplies were limited - not much toilet paper, no paper towel, or Kleenex. Bathroom was not clean.

The size of the apartment is 69 square meters which is twice the size of a standard hotel room and ideal for 4 people. There is always extra toilet paper and detergents in the toilet cabinets. Your reservation was for 3 people in my VRBO calendar.

This was so much better than staying at a hotel! The location was near everything! The neighborhood is clean and very safe. The place is charming and cozy! It’s perfect for a couple. We are going to be telling our friends about this place. It’s near the metro, the museum, and the Acropolis. All in a walking distance! Great places to eat! I would stay here again for sure!

The apartment is spacious and our only complaint is due to our age (79 and 80) and my husband’s height (6’3”). The living room furniture was quite low but comfortable. So we would sit and getting up was interesting. It was really amusing.

Could not have asked for a better stay. They picked us up from the airport, gave us many great suggestions around the area in Athens and picked us up promptly at 330 in the morning to take us back to the airport. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the place was extremely spacious.

Great place in great location close to Acropolis. Spiros picked us up at airport and checked us in… so glad that was arranged as he gave us some great recommendations and checked us in and brought our bags up the small elevator for us. Very secure location and great bathroom, laundry and kitchen facilities. Would love to visit again.

Perfect location and space!

Just around the corner from the Plaka area. Walking distance to the Acropolis, National Garden and many shops and restaurants. Apartment is very spacious, clean, and secure.

Nice stay, the owner gets back with you with any questions you may have in a timely manner. The driver she arranged for us was great and very helpful.

Hello I'm Efi, I am an architect and a mum of three girls.
I invite you to stay in my apartment in a great location of Athens, the city I grew up in, that I designed and constructed myself using the best materials in the market and a lot of joy.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The apartment is located in one of the most important historical areas in the country, the Acropolis area, famous in the whole world as the symbol of ancient Greek civilization and I knew I was buying a piece of it when I chose it.
I've been visiting, admiring and having fun in this area since I was a child, that's why I designed and looked after my property with a lot of joy and love.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The apartment is new!
The renovation was completed in 2012.
I am an architect so when I bought it I knew I would demolish it and build my own design from the beginning. So not only the design is new but also the electrical, plumbing that all is hidden under what you see.
So what I have is a brand new beautiful apartment around the corner from the Acropolis.
