Apartamento reformado en primera línea de playa Levante, Benidorm, con acceso directo a la playa desde el mismo edificio. Posee 2 dormitorios, dos cuartos de baño con ducha y capacidad para 5 personas.

Alojamiento de 135 m² confortable y muy luminoso, tiene una gran terraza acristalada con vistas panorámicas al mar, la bahía y la ciudad.



Dispone de ascensor, acceso a internet de alta velocidad por fibra (wifi), aire acondicionado en todo el alojamiento, calefacción por bomba de calor, piscina comunitaria+infantil, plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio, pista de tenis, jardín, mobiliario jardín, 3 Televisores (Smart TV), plancha, secador.

La cocina americana de vitrocerámica, está equipada con nevera, microondas, lavadora, secadora, horno, congelador, lavavajillas, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera Dolce Gusto, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.



- La entrega de llaves y el check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en la avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, nombre comercial BenidormBooking, justo en frente del Casino.

- Se retiene un depósito de 200€ en tarjeta de crédito/débito como fianza o efectivo en su defecto.

- Check-in desde las 16:30h (temporada alta desde las 18:00h)

The location was great, the beds were comfy. We did see anyone on reception to welcome usto hand the keys to on our departure. One of the showers was really really bad and hardly worked.

excellent apartment with the best view and location.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in an excellent location. The view was amazing. we arrived in to Benidorm early hours of the morning and the key collection is a 45 minute walk from the apartment which wasn’t clear in the message we’d had earlier in the day, if it wasn’t for the taxi driver helping us we would of been sleeping on the beach the first night.

So do not worry that you were not going to stay on the beach sleeping :))) Regarding the distance between the office and the apartment there is not 45 minutes. Great location, clean and very spacious. The key should be left in apartment block and you should be given the code of the get in. Dragging a case to a destination approximately 15 minutes walk away in the heat isn&#39t the best.

Spacious and comfortable

The apartment was very large and spacious, with an open kitchen and a big living room, although the dining table was a bit too small for the size of the space. The interior was tastefully decorated and well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The building itself is nice and well maintained. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was extremely dirty and rusty inside, to the point that it was impossible to use it. Another inconvenience was the need to pick up and return the keys in a different part of the city, which was particularly troublesome. During our one-week stay, the elevator broke down twice, and once we were stuck inside for quite a long time late in the evening while waiting for the service. After that incident, we avoided using the elevator and used the stairs instead.

amazing view, exactly what we wanted and more . very impressive apartment not really got a negative , maybe that we had to wait till 15:00 to get the key , and were only given 1 key. apart from that it was perfect and value for money

The apartment was very spacious and in fabulous location with amazing views. The dishwasher was not working and they didnt tell us. the only other thing was the office where you picked up the keys and returned them was not walking distance it was a taxi ride.

good stay but was a couple of things like the key and the shower that spoiled it .

the property was lovely Didn’t like we only had one key when there was six in our party , which Ment who ever went home first had to listen for the others phoning and shower was always cold had to put boiler on and off for us to have a hot shower. also having to drop the key at the office right at the other end of the strip was a pain also should have a key drop at the property.

The pick up keys is always at he office, we need to do the check in, and about the check out, if it was so complicated, you should of let us know, you can in certain times leave them inside the apartment, on the table. Very nice

Spacious apartment with great views and location. It was clean and met our needs. Would 100% stay here again. The rules are very strict around the pool. It would be easier to inform you what you can do rather than what you can't Can't drink/eat/smoke/play music/use inflatablesplay ball, to name a few. Nice pool all the same. Be aware when booking that you need to collect the keys from an office a mile away so arrange transport to there and then to the apartment with keys and cases. Our driver was really annoyed when we explained this to him. In the future, I would book a morning return flight as you have to be out of the apartment by 11am, which is fair enough, but there are no case storage facilities at the block so we had to get them back to the office where I was told they had storage, they didn't. In fact, storage was a unit around the corner (nothing to do with them) and after downloading the app and getting access, it cost €54 for three large cases, which I think is expensive. The points I make are more for information than anything, the actual apartment is great.
