Renovated apartment on the Levante beach front, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the same building. It has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and capacity for 5 people.

Comfortable and very bright 135 m² accommodation with a large glazed terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has an elevator, high speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community and children's pool, parking space in the same building, tennis court, garden, garden furniture, 3 TVs (Smart TV), iron, dryer.

The American ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of keys and the check-in takes place at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of 200€ is withheld on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00am

Spacious and comfortable

The apartment was very large and spacious, with an open kitchen and a big living room, although the dining table was a bit too small for the size of the space. The interior was tastefully decorated and well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The building itself is nice and well maintained. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was extremely dirty and rusty inside, to the point that it was impossible to use it. Another inconvenience was the need to pick up and return the keys in a different part of the city, which was particularly troublesome. During our one-week stay, the elevator broke down twice, and once we were stuck inside for quite a long time late in the evening while waiting for the service. After that incident, we avoided using the elevator and used the stairs instead.

excellent apartment with the best view and location.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in an excellent location. The view was amazing. we arrived in to Benidorm early hours of the morning and the key collection is a 45 minute walk from the apartment which wasn’t clear in the message we’d had earlier in the day, if it wasn’t for the taxi driver helping us we would of been sleeping on the beach the first night.

Great location, clean and very spacious. The key should be left in apartment block and you should be given the code of the get in. Dragging a case to a destination approximately 15 minutes walk away in the heat isn&#39t the best.

The apartment was very spacious and in fabulous location with amazing views. The dishwasher was not working and they didnt tell us. the only other thing was the office where you picked up the keys and returned them was not walking distance it was a taxi ride.

good stay but was a couple of things like the key and the shower that spoiled it .

the property was lovely Didn’t like we only had one key when there was six in our party , which Ment who ever went home first had to listen for the others phoning and shower was always cold had to put boiler on and off for us to have a hot shower. also having to drop the key at the office right at the other end of the strip was a pain also should have a key drop at the property.

Spacious apartment with great views and location. It was clean and met our needs. Would 100% stay here again. The rules are very strict around the pool. It would be easier to inform you what you can do rather than what you can't Can't drink/eat/smoke/play music/use inflatablesplay ball, to name a few. Nice pool all the same. Be aware when booking that you need to collect the keys from an office a mile away so arrange transport to there and then to the apartment with keys and cases. Our driver was really annoyed when we explained this to him. In the future, I would book a morning return flight as you have to be out of the apartment by 11am, which is fair enough, but there are no case storage facilities at the block so we had to get them back to the office where I was told they had storage, they didn't. In fact, storage was a unit around the corner (nothing to do with them) and after downloading the app and getting access, it cost €54 for three large cases, which I think is expensive. The points I make are more for information than anything, the actual apartment is great.
