Beautiful condo - very accommodating!
Easy is what you want on vacation. The owner/ manager makes this stay very easy for you. Everything is there for you. Clean, fresh, stocked, and beautifully decorated. Loved it!
This condo exceeded our expectations! We want to book it again when we return.
The oceanfront view from the balcony is what motivated us to book this unit. How wonderful to have a full wall completely open to the ocean view - not just in the living room but in the master bedroom too! We could enjoy the beach all during the day that way, not just when we went down to the sand, which was easily accessible. I loved the ocean-themed decorations and how they added splashes of color to the clean white walls and counters. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Everything we needed to create and share meals with our group was provided, down to napkins and dishwashing soap, etc. Little conveniences were set under bathroom sinks, such as body wash, shaving cream, shampoo, soap, etc. Games, books, TV info, and many pamphlets about community attractions helped fill leisure time and form plans. Furnishings were clean, attractive and comfortable. Use of a space in the parking garage, which had elevator access, was just what we needed when transporting my husband's parents, who made the trip with us. My father-in-law has limited mobility, and it was really helpful to be able to pull right into the garage and up to the elevator so he didn't have to walk very far. We appreciate that this condo uses actual keys, rather than the electronic system my in-laws had with their unit, which they found inconvenient and time-consuming. Two sets of keys my husband and I could both carry and use were extremely useful and we hope this is continued. Lori Kass was responsive to emails and texts, and even a phone call when we first arrived and had trouble locating the lockbox with keys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and look forward to reserving it again.
Thank you for such a nice review! We would love to have you back anytime.
Beautiful views and pool was wonderful, location is great!
For a healthy nightly rate we were not impressed with the general maintenance of the building and this unit. The twin beds were very uncomfortable and there was only 1 lamp in room with no overhead lighting. The whole 2nd bedroom needs a makeover so adults can sleep there and be comfortable. New beds, lighting and a chair to sit in as well somewhere to put luggage other than the floor. There were many things broken (coffee pot, dishwasher, closet doors.... )they worked but needed attention. ! Also the bathroom linens are old and worn. Overall attention to details was not present and we will not rent this unit again. The entrance to building, elevator and restrooms at pool need cleaning regularly!! We notified the rental agent of many of the issues only to be told they were aware and some of the issues we presented had been broken for 2 years without repair. This is serious concern if the agent/manager who is responsible is not taking care of the property!
Thank you very much for your constructive criticism. This feedback will be shared with the owner and building manager and we will do anything we can to improve the conditions for others in the future!
Lovely and charming.
Everything you need to relax and enjoy a trip at the beach! Very secure and safe. Beach access And local restaurants, and the conveniences of home while you’re away! Highly recommend it!
Beachfront Paradise--perfect location, beautifully renovated!
We chose this 3rd-floor condo because it was 1. Direct Oceanfront, 2. Close to old downtown Cocoa Beach, and 3. Beautifully renovated & decorated. It did not disappoint! The new kitchen had white soft-close cabinets and quartz counter tops, and it was fully open to the living and dining area, including the sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The decor was soft, peaceful shades of cream, light blue and light aqua, with sand-colored walls and tile floors. The only areas not yet renovated were the bathrooms, but they were scheduled for the next week, so I'm guessing they are now renovated too. (I hope they kept the shower head in the master bath, however, because it was like a hydro-massage!)
Direct oceanfront meant beautiful views from the living area and the master bedroom, a double-wide balcony, and private beach access (building key required, so no trespassers). We loved being close to Downtown Cocoa Beach so we could walk to restaurants and shops. (Check out Coconuts on the Beach, Oasis Shaved Ice, Grace's 50s Diner, Pig & Whistle, and Simply Delicious Cafe & Bakery. Also visit Antoinette Unique Interiors for unique beach gifts and Studios of Cocoa Beach for beautiful local art!) Being by Downtown Cocoa Beach also meant it was 3 miles south of the pier and 2 miles south of Ron Jon (aka the more touristy areas), so the beach was less crowded. Although it is right next door to the downtown beach access, the beach still wasn't that crowded. A little busy on the weekend, but even then, it was only crowded to the right of the condo. To the left of our beach access was still pretty sparse, and Monday-Friday was almost empty. (We visited the first week in May; it might be different when school is out for the summer, but I don't know.)
We read one review from a different condo in the same building that said they couldn't sleep with the slider door open due to the live band at a nearby restaurant, but we found that ended by 10 pm each night, so we slept with the slider open and the sound of the ocean coming in through the screen door. Heaven! Lori was a delight to work with and I would definitely recommend this location and this specific unit to anyone needing a 2-bedroom condo on Cocoa Beach. We'll be back!
