"This was my families first time visiting the Palmbay area in Florida. The home that we stayed in was simply a home away from home. It was very accommodating for my family of nine. We found it to be very family oriented, clean and cozy. In fact it was more than what we had anticipated. The game room and swimming pool were extra bonuses that my family enjoyed & loved. Truly speaking we did not have to leave the house for fun and entertainment b/c everything we needed was right there. I also loved that this property is conveniently located near the supermarkets, Walmart, gas stations, museums, restaurants auto shops and malls. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Ms. Trissy, Property Manager who was very sweet. She provided us with a tour of the house/property and informed us about the community /neighbors, which is very nice. Ms. Trissy also gave us nice pointers on visiting the Disney parks and purchasing tickets. The owner Ms. Jane was very sweet as well. She called to check in on us and they both left contact information in case of an emergency or if we can had questions/concerns. We would definitely stay here again. I absolutely loved the house, entertainment, accommodations and the professionalism that both the Manager & Owner displayed. When I contacted Ms. Trissy to ask a question the response time was immediate. We felt very safe and comfortable, especially during this time when Orlando was faced with a very horrific chain of events. Thank you Ms. Trissy and Ms. Jane for helping my family enjoy this wonderful vacation/celebration at your property & for your hospitality . On a scale from 1 being the lowest and ten being the highest, I rate you and your lovely home at 10+👍. Thank you again😉"
