This property has just been completely renovated with beautiful finishes. The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 dining areas, and 2 living rooms. Nice level lot to the lake with no steps to get to the lake. Fishing is great, even right off the dock. Lake is also great for recreation. Public landing close to the property so bring your boat or rent one nearby. Perfect for family stays or large gatherings. You will love the décor and amazing outdoor spaces, especially the firepit.

Great property for a family reunion. The beach is nice and stays shallow for a ways out, great for little kids. Big yard for games and hanging out.Lots of room in the kitchen for eating and preparing food. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful!

The lake house and grounds were just like the pictures. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. The yard was great and lake was awesome. We had so much fun! Matt was very easy to work with and responded to any questions very promptly.

Mostly things were well designed and comfortable. Some things that could be improved on: More flatware, forks and spoons, enough for 20 servings. The same for cereal (and ice cream) bowls. Maybe add to pre-instructions to bring paper plates, plastic flatware, napkins and paper towels. My husband and I are up in years, 91 and 82. We had the downstairs bedroom. To have grab bars by the toilet and in the shower would be helpful to anyone with limited movement. Also, the mattress on that bed was not comfortable, lumpy and rather soft. The pillows were sort of overwhelming in size. But the layout of everything was wonderful. Having two dining tables inside and two outside was handy. The lake is small but just right for tubing and waterskiing. The week were were there we were the only boat on the lake. (Last week of August which is the first week of school.) We were told the water level was down because of lack of normal rainfall. All in all, our family had a wonderful time!

Annual Labor Day family get-together

We had a great time and the house/yard were very nice. A couple of quirks (nothing really negative, just good to note)- two of the three bathrooms are inside bedrooms, meaning there is only one with hallway access (it's on the second floor). This means multiple times daily that people need to go through the main floor bedroom to use the bathroom (as it's the only one on the main floor). The small twin bunk bed room is really small- not really meant for an adult, but ok for just a night or two (maybe bring a small table?). The kitchen was great and fairly well stocked. The second refrigerator was really nice to have. Checking in was simple, though as someone who is 5'3", the lockbox was a challenge to use (as it's high up on the post). Suggestion: I took a picture of the box, then used that to help me input the code (I couldn't see the numbers on the box). The lake is pretty small- we rented a pontoon, but really not a good lake for boating. We brought floaties and those worked great. Overall, a good place for the money, if the bedroom/bathroom situation works for you.

Labor day weekend family vacation

the property is a great place for a family vacation. The lake is nice for swimming and fishing. The house has lots of room for adults and kids. This was our second time here and we plan on coming back again.

This was at least our 6th stay here, staying the same weekend many times. Barely 90 minutes from the eastern side of the Twin Cities makes it accessible for all our family members. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. The lake is small and quiet. Boat rentals are available nearby.

Bachelorette Weekend

This property was the perfect location for a bachelorette trip. The house comfortably slept 15 ladies (we did bring one air mattress for people who didn’t like sharing beds) and had plenty of room for cooking and eating together. Beautiful location on the lake and close enough to towns for shopping, eating, bars. I would stay here again!

This is our 2nd stay and it was great! Just like last time we had a great time. One beach/water day and a couple windy cool days. Family Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There were plenty of activities for all 3 generations! We enjoyed swimming from the beach, fishing off the dock, and tubing from the boat we rented! Not to mention grilling out each night and chilling by the bonfire! Plenty of space for sleeping and quiet time too! We would definitely recommend this listing to families and would stay here again!!!

Family Vibe

This is the second time we've stayed at this location and we plan to go back again next year. The home and the outside area are wonderful for a simple, quiet family vacation. Great Minnesota Visit

Roomy house that fit our 15 family members well. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was great. Spacious and well designed. The multiple eating areas inside and out, had kids and adults enjoying outside air. The lake was quiet and great for kayak and inflated board fun.

Very Nice

The property was vey nice. The house was very comfortable. They thought of little things like paper towels and tissues. This was our second time renting and would do it again.
