Newly refurbished central Llandudno 2 bed town apartment

This is a lovely first floor apartment in a Victorian town house only minutes from the promenade, pier and shops. We’ve just completed the renovation work and are proud of what we have created. Brand new double glazing, gas central heating, modern bathroom, kitchen area and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have zip link beds with the master usually set up as a huge super king sized bed and the second bedroom set out as two twin beds. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, mirror and vanity sink unit. The open plan lounge/kitchen has a fully fitted kitchen including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, bed linen and towels are provided. The lounge area has a 50” HD smart tv with sky tv and wifi around the apartment. There are 2 comfortable two seater sofas and in the large bay window is situated a dining table with splendid views towards the Great Orme. We hope this apartment has everything you could need for a relaxing, comfortable stay.
There is a small welcome pack provided with everything you need to make a cup of tea and relax whilst pondering what to do first during your stay

Excellently located, modern apartment with everything you could need. Well decorated and very clean. Only negative is the noise from the apartments above and below which unfortunately was not conducive to a good night’s sleep if the occupants were up late at night or early in the morning.

Pleasent property

First of all be aware there,s lots of steps up to the flat which are quite steep and dark. Once you arrive the flat itself is lovely-well equipped with all you need- Good size bedrooms. Nice Large shower room,needs and mirror and shelf ( personal choice) Kitchen well equipped. Very close to train station and town centre. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would re- book the property Owners always quick to respond to any queries.

Very clean, very spacious and very well equipped modern apartment. Five minutes walk from sea front and even nearer to local cafes etc. The owners are very helpful and met us on site to help with luggage. Cannot recommend highly enough and am looking forward to a return visit.
