Luxury Villa Castello di Pietra covers an area of 320 m2 of living space and is located on a property with a total area of 35,000 m2, of which 3,000 m2 is fully furnished. The villa consists of a ground floor and a first floor that is connected by external stairs.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a TV, and an indoor fireplace for a pleasant atmosphere. In addition to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Part of this floor is occupied by two bedrooms.
