Perfect Location

The property was as advertised in pictures. Enjoyed being in the center of old town. Perfect location to walk anywhere. Would definitely rent again.

13 nights in Lucca well traveled seniors

Our stay was amazing, and we felt we were welcomed into a beautiful family home rather than a holiday rental. This apartment was perfectly clean and equipped. The location was so central to everything and Luciana and Piero are the best hosts we have ever had.

Great Experience in Lucca

The apartment met all expectations. The location was great, it was equipped with everything needed, and it was exceptionally clean. Piero and Luciana were excellent hosts and so easy to work with throughout the process. I look forward to returning to their place on my next trip to Lucca.

Lovely Lucca

You need to look no further. Lucinda & Piero are the best hosts ever. Their lovely apartment is in an excellent location. Within walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. Probably one of the cleanest and well equipped apartments you’ll ever find. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved our stay.

Fabulous stay in Lucca with lovely hosts

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Lucca - beautifully designed, equipped like a true home and located close to everything. The hosts were so accommodating and caring - we could not have asked for better communication and service. The space was very comfortable for 4 people (sharing two rooms) to sleep with 2 great bathrooms and a warm living space to cook and eat together. We’ll be back!

This was a very configurable, updated apartment. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Full kitchen. Great location. It was one story up but remember that means steep stairs in an historic building!!

L’Arco is a Perfect Lucca Hideaway

First, Luciana and Piero are delightful, immediately responsive to any questions, and have created a lovely and comfortable apartment that is a real gem. The apartment is spacious, well-supplied, has lots of storage for a longer stay, is very attractively decorated, quiet, and is conveniently located in the middle of Lucca. Piero renovated the structure himself and did a masterful job - ask him to show you photos of his work. We feel very fortunate to have discovered L’Arco for our two-week stay.

Wonderful second floor apartment. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

We were greeted by the hosts. They told us about everything in apartment and had a bottle of delicious wine awaiting us. The bedrooms were comfortable and towels and blankets plentiful. This second floor apartment is right in the center of walled city so navigating to everything was easy. Get a reservation at Gigis if possible and pizza at Felicis. Screwdrivers is a fun spot during the day then turns into a happening night spot. Will definitely be back!

Lucca Home

The property is a true home away from home. Everything detailed about the property was provided. The welcome and introduction to the property by Piero and Luciana was outstanding. Location in the centre of everything in Lucca centro historico! Minutes to everything you may be interested in:) We were only two people but for those travelling as two couples etc, having two bedrooms and two bathrooms would be great. Every care has been taken to renovate this space and make it so welcoming. Bravo Piero and Luciana!

We could never figure out how the washing machine worked. It kept rewashing the load and never drying it. Eventually we just went to the laundromat close by on Via Santa Zita. The instructions left in the drawer with other instruction manuals didn’t help.

Perfect In Every Way

I can not say enough about this property! From the location to the beautiful interior, this apartment met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. Our gracious hosts, Luciana and Piero, were quick to respond to our questions and communicated with us all the way up to our arrival. The apartment is very well appointed and we did not want for anything in the six days we stayed. It is located down a quiet street in Lucca, yet very accessible to all the places you will want to go. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and you will sleep very well in the comfy beds. The apartment is perfectly clean and in beautiful condition. We would love to stay here again and advise you to do so as well! Grazie mille, Piero and Luciana!

2 weeks in Lucca

I spent a delightful (and productive) 2 weeks in Lucca, attending an Italian language school. The owners, Piero and Luciana were very friendly and hospitable. We had communicated a number of times in advance of my stay so I felt I knew them when I first met them. They both showed me around the apartment and it was clear they took great pride in it. A welcoming gift of Chianti was unexpected, but very much appreciated after a long journey from Australia. They also provided directions to the two nearest supermarkets and a list of recommendations of numerous restaurants, which came in handy. The apartment was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It is centrally located and quiet in a secluded court.

Another Winning Apartment

Piero and Luciana have done it again! We have stayed in another of their apartments in Lucca, and have loved each. Well conceived, well organized, beautifully decorated, in locations with easy access inside the walls and near to gates to move outside the walls. Lots of restaurants, cafes, places to visit. AND the hosts, Piero and Luciana were always available and willing to help us when we asked. Molto Buono!
