Lovely villa of 180 m2 facing south (AC), all rooms with sea views and overlooking a terrace, quiet (dead end).
The living room, the dining room, the rooms open on the various terraces in the sun or sheltered with sight on the forest of Peygros, the sea, Cannes and the islands of Lérins.

4 bedrooms: 1 bed 160cm, 2 beds 140cm, 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 with spa. 3 WC

1 independent studio with AC : 1 bed of 160cm and shower room + WC

7,5x4m indoor pool (heated from April to mid-November, depth 2m) overlooking the south terrace with large open windows.

In the region, many restaurants from simple to more starred, to those beaches allow you to enjoy the southern cuisine. Many golf courses in the oldest (Bégude golf) to the more recent (golf Terres Blanches) offer their magnificent course. Tennis, hiking, horseback riding, visiting all the small hilltop village (Saint Paul de Vence, Gourdon, are all fun activities close to home. Lake St cassien and green surroundings offers an alternative to the Mediterranean with all the pleasures of freshwater swimming, fishing, rowing or for the more adventurous, canyoning in the Loup Valley. For the less energetic or more tired, sunbathing and reading. The house is only 3/4 hour from the ski resorts of Gréolières Audibergue or 1:30 and Isola 2000 and Auron. 7km from Grasse, city of perfumes, where you will visit the famous perfumeries. At 20 km, Cannes and Antibes street or the Croisette to see leading brands of fashion and jewelry. Take the shuttle bus and after a few minutes offer a complete change of the Lérins Islands. The French Riviera offers a splendid panorama in the background with the mountain and its villages.

Schöne Familien-Ferien

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier mit schöner Aussicht. Die Abende auf der Terrasse sind sehr erholsam. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, kann dann aber unzählige Ausflüge in die Dörfer der Umgebung oder auch mal ans Meer bzw. Cannes oder Nizza machen.

Stunning villa in a beautifully scheduled location

We stayed here for a week 6 adults and one 18 month old. It was beautiful, and the views of the sun rising and setting from the balcony were stunning. You will definitely need a car but there are restaurants and patisseries only a short distance away. The location was great for visiting Cannes, Nice and Monaco but scheduled and quiet in beautiful grounds when we wanted to stay in the villa making use of the indoor pool or playing ping pong. The only thing that would have made this perfect is if there was air conditioning as some nights were quite warm. Valerie was friendly and on hand to answer any questions if we had them. I would definitely recommend this villa to others.

Toller Urlaub in 1a Villa

Wir waren im Juli 2018 dort. Valerie ist sehr nett und hat uns nach der Ankunft alles ausreichend erklärt. Highlights der Villa sind sicher der Pool und der Meerblick. Der große Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelproduktion war auch sehr beliebt. Die Dimensionen in dem Haus sind optimal. Jeder Raum ist ausreichend groß. Wir haben uns aber zumeist draußen auf der schönen Terrasse aufgehalten. Unsere Gruppe (5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) fand die Ausstattung für angemessen. Auf dem Gelände haben zwei oder mehr Fahrzeuge Platz. Das Grundstück hat ein elektrisches Tor mit Fernbedienungen. Für die Villa und Valerie vergeben wir 5 Sterne Die Bewertung für die Villa kann auch nur positiv ausfallen. Kleinere Hausmeistertätigkeiten waren für uns kein Problem. Leider gibt es noch ein paar Einschränkungen, die ein Urlauber bedenken sollte. Peymeinade liegt im Hinterland. Das bedingt, wie wohl überall an der Cote d´Azur oder auch auf der Italienischen Seite (Ligurien), Stechmückenbefall. Darunter hatten wir sehr zu Leiden. Im Haus gibt es keine Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern. Ein Schlafen mit offenen Fenstern und offenen Rolladen ist nicht ratsam. Klimageräte sind zwar vorhanden. Diese waren uns aber viel zu laut im Dauerbetrieb. Peymeinade liegt ca. 22 KM vom nächsten Küstenort (Cannes) entfernt. Die Fahrzeit dahin mit dem Auto betrug durchschnittlich 45min. Überhaupt geht ohne Auto gar nichts. Die Villa liegt auch einige Kilometer vom Ortskern (Bäcker, Pizzeria, Supermärkte) entfernt. Wer das akzeptiert und mobil ist, der kann in der Gegend viel entdecken. Die Strände von Cannes (La Bocca), Golfe Juan, Antibes und unser Highlight Theoule-sur-Mer (Plage de l´Aiguille) sind zu empfehlen. Agay ist auch ganz nett. Am oder auf dem Lac de Saint-Cassien lässt sich ein Tag auch gut verbringen. Für unsere obligatorische Tagestour nach Monte Carlo mussten wir etwa 60 Minuten fahren. Cannes lohnt auf jeden Fall. Auch abends. Aber man sollte nicht an Filme denken. Grasse ist mehr Pflicht als interessant. Empfehlenswert ist eine Wanderung in der Schlucht Gorges-du-Loup (Wolfsschlucht). Die verschiedenen Routen sind im Internet recherchierbar.

Salón-comedor y cocina muy amplios así como la planta baja en general Piscina y jardín bien cuidados. Grandes terrazas (mejorarían con un toldo) Los dormitorios y los armarios un poco pequeños. Calificación de 1 a 10: 8,5

A RECOMMANDER VIVEMENT

Très belle prestation, villa très bien entretenue et très propre et tout est réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances. la vue sur mer laisse un souvenir inoubliable, la piscine chauffée permet vraiment une utilisation à toute heure et de tout temps. Peymeinades est une jolie petite ville est les commerçants très accueillants, il y a tout à proximité. L'arrière pays et ses villages typiques provençaux sont à visiter. Je recommande cette villa, cela mérite 5 étoiles.
