Perfect location

Amazing location and over all great vibe of the apartment, everything is very much to the picture! Bathroom is a let down as anyone over 6ft will struggle and it’s not accessible if I’m honest

Great location

Very accessible by buses and tube, with effort made to get us an extra key quickly which was much appreciated. It’s small but cozy. No stand up shower but heated floor in bathroom was lovely

Shepherds, bush was great

The place was wonderful. I’ve been traveling for almost 2 months now and this is the first time time to write. Place is very clean very close to everything. The unit met our requirements perfectly. Thank you.

Shephard Bush Flat

The flat is well located and has what is needed for a short stay. The toilet shower is really a tub bath/ sit down bath. The garden is a very nice to have and relaxing, but needs some TLC to make it perfect. Had a great stay and would book the flat again.

Good spot

The apartment is cute. Lovely patio with privacy. Easy to get to market and public transportation. Limited stock of supplies. No paper towels, Kleenex, salt pepper or bottled water. So bring what matters on that list.

Generally enjoyed

My stay was pleasant, but the property has some wear and tear that should be addressed. Pros: - heated bathroom floors and heated towel warmer - good amount of space - long entry hallway for shoe removal, etc. - extensive appliances available: laundry, dish washer, etc. Cons: - towel warmer turned off mid-stay - the unit needs a dehumidifier, it’s generally a bit damp because it’s a garden unit; there is a bit of mold in the bedroom where the nightstand next to the window is - some items pictured weren’t available: there was no bathtub caddy, there were only 4 cups/glasses available, no wine glasses, etc. - good deal of visible wear and tear: ripped sofa cover, base board covering the tub coming apart, etc. - tub only, no shower unless you’re short enough to stand in the tub (you can’t be taller than about 5’4”)

Would give higher stars but there were problems

Excellent location, lovely little flat with garden. The flat itself gets 4.5 stars but there were issues. One of which was the bed was broken or had some issue meaning my pregnant fiancé wasn’t able to sleep on it and had to sleep on the sofa. We notified the management but they basically said a polite apology. Then the morning we were to check out at the designated 10 am, a randomly lady bursts through the door at about 8:30 while we were both sleeping, apparently she’s the cleaner or something. Great flat, but problems exist.

Mostly pleased

First the good: The property was perfectly located for what I wanted during my 4 night stay. It is close to public transport links for both bus and rail. Its location enabled me to meet up with family and friends living close by and to travel into central London to enjoy the culture and entertainment that the city offers. The property is in a nice residential street away from all the noise/hustle and bustle of Shepherds Bush and Uxbridge Road. It is also 5 mins walk from Westfield Shopping Centre, so very handy. The less good: When I arrived at Shepherds Bush station after having travelled up from west Wales I picked up a message that the property wasn't ready yet as the cleaner scheduled to prepare the property was unavailable and that a new cleaner had to be found. I was able to drop my case off at the property but was told that it would not be ready for 2 hours. Before I left I asked the property manager if the basic groceries I had ordered (milk, butter, etc) had been delivered - they hadn't. As the property wasn't ready I then had to walk around Shepherds Bush for two hours when all I wanted to do after a long rail journey was to sit down on the sofa! Pleasingly, when I returned two hours later the property had been fully cleaned/prepared and the groceries had been delivered. The could be better but not a 'deal breaker': Whilst the majority of the property was nicely decorated/furnished the bathroom paintwork needed touching up - bath side board/window sills, etc.
