The loft is a recently renovated top-floor 40m2 (430ft2) loft-style apartment, South-oriented, with a terrace, combining an independent kitchen, an open living room, dining area and bedroom (king size bed), as well as independent bathroom and toilets. The bedding is of high-end hotel standards. Indulge in a king size bed, with plush pillows and luxurious linens.
Our hot summers will be enjoyable thanks to the AC across the property, while in winter our central heating will keep you warm and cosy.
Flat screen TV is available (incl. Netflix), free wireless internet, Bluetooth music, AC, laundry (on demand) and oak hardwood floors.

Loft, récemment rénové, de 40m2, avec terrasse, plein sud, comprenant une cuisine indépendante, un salon, un coin repas et une chambre calme (lit en 180x200), ainsi qu’une salle de bain, dressing et des toilettes indépendants. La literie est d’hôtellerie de luxe.
La climatisation rafraichira nos étés caniculaires et vous serez bien au chaud et douillet en hiver grace à notre chauffage en fonte.

Sehr schönes Appartement für eine oder zwei Personen

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, ungewöhnliche Aufteilung (aber schön gemacht!), ruhig (ohne Straßenverkehr und ohne den in der Innenstadt oft nervigen Kneipenlärm). Preis-Leistungsverhältnis okay. Freundliche Vermieterin.

The AC Loft with terrace is on the second and top floor of a 18th century hotel particulier, with high ceilings and oak hardwood floor, South-oriented, recently fully renovated to respect the antic stones, nurture comfort, serenity and a blissful stay. Access is facilitated by a large and easy staircase. It is quiet, calm and cosy.
It is uniquely located in l'Hauture exclusive neighbourhood, at the heart of the historic centre, a few stones away from the Amphiteater, the Antic Theater, the townhall, all museums and roman monuments, and lively Place du Forum.

L’appartement Loft avec terrasse est situé au second et dernier étage d’un hotel particulier du 18ième siècle. L’accès se fait par un large et agréable escalier. Il a été récemment rénové dans un souci de respect des pierres anciennes, de confort, de sérénité et de charme. Il est climatisé. La literie est d’hôtellerie de luxe. Il est au calme et très confortable.
Il est idéalement situé dans le quarter chic et privilégié de l'Hauture, en plein centre historique, à quelques pas des arènes, du théatre antique, de la mairie, des musées et monuments romains, et de la célèbre Place du Forum.
