BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The studio is located in the Loulé Building, on the 2nd floor with lift access.

Studio in a residential building, comfortable and practical, accommodating up to 4 guests, with a kitchen area, living room and bedroom, complete kitchen, dining table, double sofa beds, 2 single beds, a full bathroom, balcony, TV, free WiFi and air conditioning.

Central view over the quiet urban area, ideal for couples, families (children and babies are welcome), or friends who want to be close to the main points of entertainment and fun that Vilamoura has to offer. Perfect for those who want to forgo the use of a car and want to be just a few steps away from everything.

PROPERTY RULES

No smoking allowed

No parties or events allowed

Groups under the age of 25 are not permitted.

No pets allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (including children)

It is not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without a refund.



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Certified Ecolab cleaning products.

Bedding and towels washed at a minimum of 60 degrees Celsius.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.



CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Guests should inform SAPvillas in advance of their expected arrival time.

If arriving before 5:00 PM, guests may leave their luggage at our office.
