Perfect location for exploring Venice! The property is very central and just a short walk to the vaporetto, making it easy to get around. We loved how convenient it was to reach all the major attractions. Plus, there were so many amazing restaurants nearby—all within walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the heart of Venice!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apt was very clean and spacious - so close to everything, especially the grocery store which is 1 min walking distance. The AC units really helped during the heatwave. Will definitely come back and stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Venice!

Location was perfectly situated to maximize the Venice experience. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Grocery store located within a 1 minute walk! Highly recommend if you are planning a visit to Venice - very easy location to walk to sites, access the canals for water buses, very close to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. The rating deserves more than 5 stars!

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is comfortable and clean. Check in was super easy - we were greeted at the water taxi stop and walked to the apartment where we were shown how to use the heat and washer. We were also given some great suggestions for restaurants. My only suggestion to the host is to install a full-length mirror somewhere in the apartment.

We had a great time in Venice, beautiful sights, wonderful food, and kind people. Our host was wonderful with recommendations and advice. He even ran extra keys to us when we locked ourselves out. Great place to stay, we highly recommended it!!

Excellent location

The unit was very clean and furnished nicely. We were met at the St. Angelo water bus stop and escorted to the apartment. The unit is equal distance from San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge-about a 5 minute walk to each. There is a burger and beer place very close to the building, but if you close the shutters, it mutes the sound.

Very nice apartment in Venice

Communication with the property owner and manager was excellent throughout the entire process. Location was great. Amenities in the apartment made our stay very comfortable.

A great apartment in the heart of Venice

We were very pleased with the apartment and it's in a great location right in the heart of Venice and convenient for the main sights. It was modern, clean and well equipped for our 3 night stay.... warm too. The arrival and departure process went smoothly too and we felt well looked after. I'd happily recommend the apartment to friends and family.

Wonderful stay: clean, convenient & comfortable!

Thank you to the host for an awesome stay in Venice. The apartment was conveniently located between San Marco and the Realto Bridge, next to nice shops and restaurants. It was clean and perfectly comfortable. The host was responsive and super fri melt. We will be back. Grazie!

Perfect stay in a perfect apartment

Only good things to say about the apartment, starting from the booking process, the communication with the landlord, the welcoming at the pier, the registration process, the perfect apartment, exactly as advertised, very nicely renovated, very clean, with all amenities. Prime location, 50 meters from Campo Manin and the Simply supermarket. Just minutes away from the Rialto and San Marco. We highly recommend this apartment for a party up to 4 people.

Lovely apartment in the heart of San Marco

Lovely clean apartment. Well furnished and equipped with everything you need. A great grocery just steps away. This apartment is located close to everything. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Met our expectations!

We were very pleased with our choice of this apartment for our short stay in Venice. Everything was as described on the website, very clean and well-maintained, and with good customer service. The apartment was ideally located, in close proximity to a water taxi stop (San Angelo) and a grocery store that was around the corner. We really enjoyed our first meal in Venice at nearby Rosa Rosa Restaurant and Pizzeria where we dined outside in a candlelit alleyway. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely plan to stay here again should we return.

Wow, Venice!! All that I expected and more. This apartment is centrally located yet removed just enough for quiet. The check in was so simple, they were there to meet us at the water taxi, walk us to the apartment and show us everything we needed. Our stay was lovely. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and helped arrange our train station transportation. It was all fabulous. And Venice did not disappoint!

this is a wonderful apartment in an excellent location

This is a comfortable, well-appointed, extremely well-located apartment that worked out very well for three of us except for one thing. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. The wifi worked well. Throughout the booking process and prior to our arrival, all of our inquiries were answered promptly. Everyone with whom we dealt was accommodating and very nice. It was great to have a supermarket located just steps away from the apartment entrance. I would definitely have given the apartment five stars except that on Saturday night the small cafe next door (which had been nondescript and quiet throughout the week) hosted a DJ and there was a party with very loud music until 1:30am. In the master, we could close the shutters and windows and the noise wasn't bad - we could definitely sleep. But, our son was in the smaller bedroom and his window faced out over the courtyard and must have been positioned badly relative to the speakers. The result was that even with everything closed up, the music was loud in his room - so much so that it was impossible for him to sleep in that room. I don't know if the cafe hosts these parties every Saturday or if this was a one-time event, but it was definitely something that I wish I'd known about prior to booking that apartment. It is worth asking the question... Except for this one issue, it's a five-star apartment!

Tout comme d habitude Un grand miroir sur une porte de chambre ou ailleurs pour s habiller. Il y en a un dans l entrée dans l appartement au dessus, le ca Rossini 2 et ce serait parfait s il y en avait un aussi ds le ca Rossini 1

Appartement très agréable, propre et aménagement contemporain. Très bien situé. Une lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas dans une chambre. Il faut resserrer le pied du porte serviettes de la salle de bain. Mettre une poubelle supplémentaire dans la petite salle de bain.

Beautiful flat in great location with unfortunate cleaning problem and bedroom views.

If this flat were properly cleaned, I would have given it a five-star review. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and in the very center of Venice, amidst the shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions, as well as conveniently next to a grocery store. The hosts were also very attentive, having personally met us upon our arrival, and attempting to promptly address our issues and complaints. My issue was with the poor cleaning of the flat, specifically, with the unmopped floors (which were dirty and had hair), dirty washing machine (with no dryer), door frames with food smudges, and luggage marks on most of the walls. These sorts of details need to be attended to and promptly fixed by the host, who is a professional property management company. In addition, the views from the apartment were less than ideal. Both bedrooms overlooked a concrete terrace containinging the building's staircase (the front windows look onto a narrow street and an opposing building). The lights over the staircase turn on in the evenings and remain on until approximately 12:00 in the morning (which, coupled with the sheer bedroom curtains, can interfere with sleep). In addition, the apartment is next to a bar that plays live music, which can occasionally be heard late at night. Overall, I loved the location, decor, and size of the apartment but was less than thrilled with the lack of cleanliness and the views.

Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Sehr netter Empfang durch Caterina. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, im kleinen Badezimmer fehlen nur ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Views on Venice was founded in the late 1990’s when the concept of short term apartment rentals was in its infancy and rarely considered an option by most visitors to the city. As a ‘thirty-something’ Venetian excited by the new business and communication opportunities offered by the internet, I decided to link up with a close childhood friend in creating a partnership which, at the time, was a novelty in Venice.
The idea we had in mind was to approach the traditional management of my family’s apartments from an entirely different angle, while at the same time resisting the attentions of those wanting to transform my family's palazzo into a prestigious hotel.
Our aim was to offer these apartments, as well as those of friends, for rental to an international clientele who’d take pleasure in the comfort, freedom and authenticity of ‘living at home as a Venetian’ rather than merely observing the city from the confines of an anonymous hotel room or suite.
The common denominator then, as now, was to offer ‘something extra’ amidst an already extraordinary city - an added dimension which turns a ‘stay’ into an ‘experience’ and a 'dream' into 'reality'.
