Simple yet cosy house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 3 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets; all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.

This house is ideal for spending peaceful family holidays on the Costa Brava!



Capacity for 9 people distributed across two floors.



Outdoor area with garden and private swimming pool (8x4m) and beautiful sea views. There is a built-in barbecue and a porch where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool.



Interior zone of 140 m2 with a spacious living-dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking such as: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.



It consists of 3 double bedrooms (135x190cm), 1 room with two single beds (90x190cm), 1 room with a single bed (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 bathroom with a shower.



Free Wi-Fi.



Pets are allowed upon request and with a supplement.



This house is only for families. No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Villa was lovely. Great location and excellent pool. Could do with fans in each bedroom as got very hot. Steps upto villa do mean not good for anyone with mobility issues. Would go back definitely

Lots of space pool BBQ area outside seating great views quiet location You do need a car and the steps to the villa would be a problem for less mobile people We really enjoyed staying there it was well equipped washing machine loads of fridge space dish washer TV WiFi and so on 2 full bathrooms was really handy and plenty of space good sized kitchen lounge indoor dining area which we never used as we had breakfast on terrace outside and BBQs some evenings couple of great restaurants Carbre Negre close by Would we stay again definitely great place for couple of families with children maybe

Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très belle maison dans un environnement agréable avec une très jolie vue. Bel espace intérieur et extérieur avec plusieurs terrasses. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Blanes dans un quartier calme et retiré du centre ville. Manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine au niveau des couverts : économe, couteaux... De plus, la literie et les coussins restent à améliorer. Prévoir les draps housses car ils ne sont pas fournis dans le kit. La remise des clés pourrait se faire à l'aide d'une boite à clés sécurisée surtout pour le retour car il faut se rendre dans une agence à Lloret des mar pour récupérer et rendre les clés.

Buena opción para conocer la zona

La casa está genial (sobre todo, la zona de la piscina y barbacoa) y es grande. Buena ubicación y cerca de supermercados y zona de ocio. Sin embargo, hay que tener en cuenta que tiene bastantes escaleras para acceder (no es fácil, ni cómoda, para carritos de bebé o personas mayores).
