Appartamento Iris is a holiday home on the first floor, in the city centre of Torre Lapillo, near the beaches. The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv, iron and ironing board, outdoor shwoer, mosquito nets.

The holiday home is on the first floor, reachable by stairs. It opens into a large living room with open kitchen and access to the equipped terrace at the back with outdoor shower, laundry area and outdoor dining area.
The
balcony from the living room overlooks the town. A corridor divides the
living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom (double bed and twin-sized bed) and 1 twin bedroom. Moreover, there is a full bathroom.

away, while the closest beach establishment is 600 meters away. In the
city centre of Torre Lapillo there are the main tourist and commercial
services.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
