Not a good experience

We never saw the owner during our stay. The staircase was a nightmare. The apartment wasn’t very clean.

Visited London for a week

We were able to find this place and it worked out pretty well for our group of 4 families. The rooms were pretty much as advertised, maybe a bit smaller than what we had imagined, but all the families had 4 people and were able to make it work pretty well. There is a shared hallway so you do hear neighbors from time to time, but all in all, pretty pleasant stay. The good: Enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids (18 & 22) to sleep fairly comfortable. Could have fit 5. Basic amenities that we needed to make easy breakfasts and keep drinks and food cold. Portable AC in unit as well as we needed it for a few nights. Parents who came had some mobility issues but were able to take the bus to wherever they needed to go as the stop was almost right outside the front door. Tube stop was a bit more of a walk but definitely walkable (less than 10 minutes). Wilsdon Green tube stop on the Grey Line, everywhere was within 15 minute ride. There were a few pubs nearby (Rising Sun was great) and enough food options nearby that and Sainsbury was a short walk for anything we needed grocery wise. The host Ruevan was wonderful throughout the booking process as the group had plenty of questions, all of which she promptly answered. The Bad: None if it was bad, so I say that only as a counter point. Our bathroom was a bit small but thats just nitpicking. We are comfortable with city environments so wasnt an issue, but I could see where others not as familiar might be apprehensive. We would stay again.

Easy access from Willesden Green Station

We found the property to be an easy walk from the Willesden Green Underground Station. We used public transportation 100% of the time. The host was responsive. I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because during the week we stayed there the building had a leak from a floor above ours. The leak traveled to the bedroom of our flat and dripped onto the bed linens. We notified the host and it took 2 days to get it fixed. The property was just as described. We had 3 in our party and the property was a comfortable size. Check-in was quite easy.
