This fabulous pond front fisherman's cottage has amazing views of both pond and the ocean! 1 master king bed, 1 small room with twin bed, 1 bedroom with a full bed. Great deck for entertaining! Kayak, Paddleboard or fish right on the pond. Accommodates up to 6 guests, with 1.5 bathrooms. Located on 2 acres of land. Wifi and cable are available, with TV's located in the living room and bedroom with 2 full beds.

The best location in Montauk. Located 5 minutes from the train station and centrally located in the center of town directly across the street from popular Surf Lodge. The home is surrounded by Fort Pond. The land is up on a hill for great sunset views during the days as well as star-studded nights.

What makes this property unique

Located on 2.5 acres of land, the home provides privacy that is very unique in the Hamptons. Extremely dog friendly. The cozy interior of the home also features a vast array of plants.
