This Montauk beach house has been recently updated and tastefully decorated with modern luxuries including smart home capabilities, full Bluetooth audio throughout the house, high-end appliances, central AC, and open concept family living.
Guests have access to the entire home, which includes a primary bedroom with en suite bathroom, secondary bedroom, a second full bathroom, loft area with full-size mattress, a living room with queen-sized sofa bed, large eat-in kitchen, and a laundry room. Outside, guests have access to the entire yard, outdoor seating area, and an elevated lawn in the rear great for lounging, picnicking, and sunsets over Fort Pond. The gravel driveway at the front of the home can accommodate 3 cars.
