Beautiful Duplex penthouse apartment on El Campello coast line, Spain, over two floors with spectacular views of the sea, beach, marina & mountains.
With three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two being on-suite plus all bedrooms having their own terrace with views.
Large and bright lounge / dining room with access to its own private terrace with views directly over the sea, beach & marina.
Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including SMEG induction hob and oven, SMEG fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine.
This penthouse with all its views from the terrace’s is perfect for any holiday getaway or just to chill out and admire the views or to use as a base to explore the fantastic resort of El Campello, the jewel in the Costa Blanca coastline and nearby towns and cities of Alicante, Denia, Villajoyosa, Altea… just to name but a few.
The apartment is literally only a minute’s walk to the beach and the promenade from the front door!
You’ll also find on its doorstep, local supermarkets and shops, as well as the promenade with it’s huge choice of authentic Spanish restaurants and bars and catering for all types of meals and tapas.
The El Campello marina sits at the end of the bay, offering a lively fish market and a selection of restaurants.
Also on your doorstep, you’ll find excellent water sports facilities such as sailing, scuba diving, and windsurfing.
On road parking is available outside our building plus there is a small car park opposite.
El Campello is a modern coastal resort which boasts over 20 miles of quiet white sandy beaches and a fantastic Mediterranean climate and is situated just north of the lively cosmopolitan city of Alicante and with the airport being just 35 mins drive away.
Travelling from El Campello to either Alicante city or up the coast to Denia is extremely easy using the wonderful Tram system. The Alicante/El Campello Tram is a modern mode of transport which stops at some lovely coastal towns all along the Costa Blanca.
If you want a great holiday, then this home with spectacular views will be perfect for you.

Hello... We are Garry & Tracy and we LOVE El Campello & the Alicante region.
We have been visiting El Campello for about 20 years now & have family here & our love for the area has been passed down to our children, who love it as much as we do.
Tracy & I have travelled extensively over the years but we just love the Spanish way of life!
We love the culture, the food ... definitely the wine :)... but most of all, we just love the relaxing pace of life here.
Although we are based in England, UK... we are at a time of our lives where we are looking forward to spending more time in El Campello... which is why we have invested in this region & our wonderful, very homely, duplex apartment.
We spent a lot of time looking for the right property & always wanted to be right on the beach & this home ticks all the boxes.
From the front terrace's (Lounge & Master bedroom)... the views are stunning from the Marina, the sea, the beach & all the way down the coast of El Campello.
The terrace's on the back of the property look towards the fantastic mountain regions.
But I think, other than the views, proximity to the beach, promenade, etc... Tracy has an great eye & flair for making the apartment feel like a 'home' & she has certainly excelled at that.
We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we do!
