Gorgeous Georgian Cottage in central Dawlish
Spacious pet-friendly Georgian cottage, in a quiet street just off the centre of the pretty seaside town of Dawlish.
3 double bedrooms with king size beds (double or twin). Shower+toilet ground floor. Bath/shower room and separate WC upstairs. Enclosed rear garden. Parking in the drive for up to 4 cars.
5 mins walk to the beach, the famous Brunel railway, the beautiful central lawn with its stream and iconic black swans. 5 mins walk to public transport, pubs, eateries and much more.
The spacious lounge & dining area opens onto an enclosed split-level rear garden which has plenty of outdoor seating and a BBQ.
The king size beds in all 3 double bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins on request. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with adjacent toilet & shower.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer, ironing board & iron.
Guests have exclusive use of the drive in front of the house for up to 4 cars. Additional parking may be possible by prior arrangement.
Dedicated internet.
Secure covered storage area for cycles.
