Professionally decorated in a Mid-Century Modern style. Sleep soundly on Hungarian down pillows and BeautyRest Black mattresses made up with soft 600 thread-count Italian linens. Beautifully tiled bathroom offering Turkish towels, bathrobes, and luxe sundries. Living room and full kitchen with gas stove and quartz counter tops. Step outside to a private yard with outdoor eating area and cozy fire pit. Other amenities include three flat-screen Smart TV's, cable, WIFI, washer and dryer and so much more. Come and enjoy!

This was my second stay at the property. Jackie communicated prior to arrival, arranged early check in and communicated at check out. She let me know about an item left behind and mailed it to me the next day. Great place to stay.

Between my friend and I, we have probably stayed in 30 or more different VRBO properties in our lives and this one was the absolute pinnacle of perfection. Not only is Jackie incredibly kind and understanding, but the communication is quick. The property was immaculate, seriously, even the baseboards. My friend and I both agree that the shower was one of the best we’ve ever had, lol. We also loved the wildlife that visited the yard.The host was way above and beyond with her attention to detail. There were so many little extras that made us feel welcome. She even included lots of tasty snacks. We are already planning our trip for 2027.

Me and my two kids really enjoyed our stay here. Location was very convenient and great food spots in walking distance. The home was clean and full of everything you could want or need. The extra amenities provided I was not expecting, but so nice to have, including full cleaning supplies. Excellent stay and host was super responsive, would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The space itself was very nice—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. The host went above and beyond with generous special touches that truly made us feel welcome.Communication with the host was easy and responsive from start to finish, which made everything seamless. We especially enjoyed the firepit—it was such a fun and cozy way to relax in the evenings.Overall, the environment was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were hoping for. Our stay was wonderful. The Quarters was exactly as promised - and then some. Jackie is a great host. We walked all over Jacksonville from our location. Enjoyed our daily visits from the local deer. We spent an afternoon on the Wine Trolley and visited 5 wineries. Many shops to explore. Many wonderful food options.

We had a wonderful stay at Jackie’s cottage. Cottage totally set up with anything you would need. Wonderful amenities. Nicely decorated, very comfy, outside area exceptional. Easy walk to town and the Britt. Convenient liquor store across the street, espresso two doors down. Lots of deer.
