So much character!

  • 5 of 5

This house had so much character! The house was spacious and all the rooms had bathrooms attached. My family and I loved just hanging out in the backyard and walking to downtown. If I ever return to Jacksonville I will definitely be renting this house.

Lovely indoor and outdoor space!

  • 5 of 5

We spent four nights in this property for a family wedding in the area. Plenty of space for six-my husband and I, our adult children and their partners. House and grounds were spotless. Air conditioning worked well-temp was 106! Kitchen was well stocked, spacious and easy to prep meals in.

We hosted cousins, 6 adults plus 2 young children, for supper in the beautiful garden. Comfortable outdoor furniture, lots of shade throughout the day and grass to play in.

Enjoyed the covered porch overlooking the back yard for coffee and a glass of wine.

Location is perfect. Across the street from the grocery store, walking distance to coffee, restaurants and shopping.

We would love to stay here again for future family visits.

OVERALL A NICE ROOMY, CLEAN STAY, CLOSE TO TOWN

  • 4 of 5

ONLY REAL ISSUE WAS THE TRAFFIC NOISE - NEED BETTER SOUND INSULATION. MINOR ISSUES: NO TEA POT TO HEAT WATER FOR TEA.

BEDROOM WAS ROOMY AND THE BED VERY COMFORTABLE.

Loved the House

  • 4 of 5

My family and i stayed at this house over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very charming and had everything that we needed. The thing that stood out to me was how clean the place was. I could tell that they took the time to make sure everything was clean and tidy. The location of the house was just perfect as well. Walking distance to all the cute shops Jacksonville has to offer. Having it right across the street from Ray's Grocery was a nice perk too. The only thing that was a little hard was the house being right on the busy street. My 7 month old had a hard time for his naps during the day because of all the cars buzzing by. Other than that, everything was perfect! I would stay here again.
