Check in was challenging but the electronic handbook the host send out was super helpful. Great apartment and very clean. AC worked well but is controlled remotely by the rental company, but don’t worry one simple WhatsApp message and they turned them on and asked how cold we wanted it. Great location close enough you can walk to the water easily. Furniture in the apartment was somewhat on the cheaper side but it really went with the funky aesthetic of the house. House was stoked with enough plates, bowls, drink-wear, etc. Rental agency was SO easy to work with and communicated so quickly anytime I needed them. Overall would recommend this location!

trip to Como

Beautiful apartment in great location. Unfortunately, a big feature for us was working AC and that wasn't a reality-but owner did try. Great instructions for parking and getting to apartment. Large space and beautiful touches.Good to know that travel between locations like Bellagio, etc. aren't quick. Windy, narrow roads make for slow travel and parking in these areas is slim and stressful. Not a deal breaker but wish we had planned better for this. And thank goodness we had private boat travel on tours because the lines for public boats are VERY long and hot!

VERY SPACIOUS and great location!

We loved our time at the Night at the Museum apartment. The art work was wonderful and the apartment was very well appointed. The pictures do not do it justice. For a 2 bedroom apartment this was HUGE! The largest 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in our entire time in Italy. The high ceilings, large rooms and windows made this a very spacious apartment with tons of natural light. We loved looking out the window into the courtyard / gardens below, and having a cafe across the street for coffee and pastries in the morning was a huge bonus. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We texted throughout the week asking for help with anything from food suggestions to parking in towns around Lake Como when we went driving. The kitchen was large, and had everything you need if you want to enjoy a home cooked meal around the table while you are in Como. We highly recommend this apartment and will stay here on our next trip!

Stunning Apartment

This apartment could not have been more beautiful and clean. We absolutely loved the decor and how well equipped it was with everything you could possibly need. The only downside of this apartment is that on hot days it is sweltering, and we happened to visit during a couple of brutally hot days. There is no AC. I would advise the property manager to buy a stand alone AC for at least the bedrooms. The apartment does not have a lake view and you need to cross a couple streets to get to the better parts of Como. Still, it was an amazing spacious apartment and we LOVED it! We would definitely return.

Spacious and Convenient

Really a nice, spacious and well-appointed apartment a block from the Porta Torre, which is the entrance to the pedestrian-only historic district of Como. The accompanying underground parking space, about a bliack and a half from the apartment, was also very helpful as parking in the nearby parking garage is 25€ per night. Finding the keys and figuring out how it all works was a bit of a treasure hunt in the dark, but in the end I got used to it and it all worked reasonably smoothly. Note that there are TWO lockboxes attached to the iron grill outside the parking area and only one belongs to RentAll. Watching the videos in the guide is a must. The only real negative was the paucity of consumables left by RentAll. Tiny bars of soap, no shower wash, very little toilet paper for the length of our stay and no paper towels in the kitchen. But there are nearby stores where all this may be reasonably acquired. Someqhat compensating for this is an excellent guide to Lake Como produced by the local Chamber of Commerce and contains zero advertising. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone requiring two bedrooms in a convenient location outside the old city walls.

Séjour en famille pour le concourso d'Eleganza

Superbe appartement, conforme en tous points à la description. Emplacement idéal près des transports en commun et du centre ville. Pratique aussi d'avoir la place de parking associée à l'appartement.

Städte Tour

Die Wohnung war wunderschön, ruhig und zentral gelegen. Leider gibt es in einem der Schlafzimmer nur ein Klappbett. Hochwertig zwar aber leider unbequem.Der Check in Prozess war lästig. Alles vorab online ausgefüllt und zugeschickt, incl. Gesichts- und Personalausweis- Identifikationsfoto..... und dennoch mussten wir im Büro in der Stadt für eine Unterschrift vorstellig werden.
