This elegant villa is located in the exclusive residential area of Cala Sant Francesc in Blanes. Its spacious outdoor area, private pool, and spectacular sea views make it the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.
Ground Floor – Living Area & Pool
On the ground floor, you will find the beautiful pool and garden area with natural grass, featuring a large 12x4 m saltwater pool. The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, ideal for enjoying the sun and al fresco meals.
Inside, the ground floor offers:
Living room with fireplace and Smart TV
Indoor dining area
Second terrace in front of the living room with sea views
Fully equipped kitchen with balcony, barbecue, and additional dining space
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bathtub) and ceiling fan
First Floor – Bedrooms & Bathroom
Bedroom with two single beds (can be joined) and access to a side terrace with chill-out sofa, ceiling fan
