A lovely 3 bedroom semi-detached house in a quiet area, only a 10 minute walk in to the centre of St Andrews! With a great garden space this house is perfect for a family holiday or a group of 6. There are also bus stops right outside the property, making it easy to get around. We are a dog friendly property, if you are bringing your dog with you there is a great dog park in Kilrenny only a 15-20 minute drive from the property where we can offer a discount if you would like to book the park. We stayed here for 4 nights. It is in a good location, near shops and play park, and walkable to beach and town, plus there are bus stops very close by. The house itself had everything we needed, and the garden was a handy bonus.

Perfect for a St Andrews stay!

This property is fabulous! It’s incredibly clean, well stocked with needed items, and the directions for respecting the owners’ guidelines were incredibly thorough and well laid out. The location is great, only a quick 10 min walk into town. We had a blast!

This was an excellent stay for a group of four golfers playing courses in Fife. While somewhat outside the middle of the city, it was a 10-15 minute walk and there’s actually plenty of parking in the city if you have a car. The house and host are great, definitely recommend.
