Indoor facilities
Elvoria Villa III is a spacious three-floor residence with five bedrooms, designed to accommodate guests in comfort and privacy. The entrance is located on the ground floor, where an open-plan living and dining area connects with the fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space for relaxing and spending time together. Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful views of the swimming pool and allow plenty of natural light into the interiors.

Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each featuring comfortable beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. These airy bedrooms provide a peaceful environment for a restful night's sleep. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a double-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a TV and access to a private balcony with a sitting area, offering a wonderful spot to enjoy the surrounding views.

The lower level features the fifth bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. On the same floor, guests will find a small gym equipped with a stationary bicycle, workout bench, weights and exercise mats, as well as a ping pong table for some friendly entertainment. The combination of elegant furnishings, contemporary comforts and spacious rooms creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the villa.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area of Elvoria Villa III is designed for enjoying the Cretan sunshine and magnificent sea views. The large private swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds, providing the perfect place to relax and cool off during the warm summer days. The poolside area also features spaces for alfresco dining with a pergola-protected dining area, allowing guests to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

The spacious balcony on the first floor offers an additional relaxing spot, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, unwind during the day or admire the peaceful atmosphere under the starlit sky. Thanks to its elevated position, Elvoria Villa III enjoys beautiful views of the Cretan Sea throughout the day.

Elvoria Villa III is part of the Elvoria Villas Complex, which includes four luxury villas: Elvoria Villa I ( 3 bedrooms), Elvoria Villa II (3 bedrooms), and Elvoria Villa IV (5 bedrooms). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 14, and the guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
